yeah i figured it shouldnt be too hard to do it but I guess having the option of someone there to help me out isn't a bad idea either.

Funny about that CL post with the coilovers. Looks like a girl I knew down in corvallis lol.

Re: Portland

HID's are pretty straight forward. Probably was the easiest thing I had to do when I did the 04-05 front end conversion.

And Triz...It sounds like you're going to need to go 5-lug to be happy. Find a base model RSX that's wrecked and you're golden

What was the problem with axles when running RSX wheels? Do you remember?? I always thought they werent worth it unless kswapped. But yeah, everyones a dick way over on the eastcoast that has the parts for a read disc conversion. Super pain in the *** to find a wrecked 02 SI to grab the rear brakes off of.

If you get base model...nothing. K20A3 uses the same axle spine pattern/size as the D17. Should be direct bolt on.

Re: Portland

5-lug swap should be bolt on. The only variable is if you have bolts that are rusted in place...Which are a bitch to get out of suspension parts

I wouldn't pay more then 500 for everything. Ferchrissakes, it's stock suspension pieces with thousands of miles of them.

ah man. Just figured out I have to take off my front bumper again to put the HID's on . I'm not so sure where I should put the little ballast box at though I got some zip ties with it so if you have any suggestions that'd be great . I might make an attempt this weekend to get it done.

Words... How about on the "cross member" which is that body piece behind the bumper that the foam sits on?? I know there are a few threads on here about ppl trying to find neat little places.

I'm thinking of buying a espresso maker.. you guys got any hookups or know of any discounts at anywhere that sells them? I'm shooting for the sub $300 range kuz I'm no accomplished baller.

Re: Portland

I was goin to run the harness wiring across that piece but the little ballast box needs to be mounted somewhere near the headlight cause the plug isnt that long. I might give it a try since I hear the weather is goin to be nicer.

haha yeah cant wait to see the blazers game on saturday. I went to the nuggets game on wednesday and watched the blazers whoop ***!

Re: Portland

^^ Nice man, I had to work but went to raido shack and picked up some goodies so I could get the game over my stores radios that we carry to talk between associates.. so I was rocking the ear piece and nobody knew I was listening to the game when I was ringing customers up and all that. Rudy took the lead for the association's most 3pts in a season! Oh playoffs are going to be ridiculous.

You know where to get that shirt with B Roy going crazy after he hit the buzzer beater 3 earlier in the season? They made it into a B&W image on a tshirt (i think it was khaki colored???) and I want it. I saw it on the blazers game on comcast sports network a few times once they clinched a playoff spot.

hahah nice TRIZ. I loved the nuggets game looks like 2 fights were about to break out lol. That was pretty crazy when Rudy got the most 3 pointers didn't know that was comin up for him lol.

not sure about the shirt I haven't seen it. Check out ebay for it i'm sure someone's selling it there. If not i'll ask my brother in law he's a big blazers fan so he might know where to get some stuff like that.

I been looking at the RSX parts.. thanks for that post btw!

Yeah.. that guy is nuts. He says he has a custom intake manifold.. I'd be interested in seeing that, but I'm sure he means header... which of course isnt custom, nothing is custom on that car. *sigh*
