thats actually a MK-19 automatic grenade launcher (40MM) we usually do roll out with 50 cals when it comes down to missions n stuff (my weapon of choice :-p )
and for those who want more details the picture was during a mission (hence the RW air support) but we were out training when we got intel of mortars in the vecinity and just had to rollout with whatever we had
adapt and overcome :-p

Yea it does, and so does work, i work at the college so i spend 36 hours a week at the college, by the time i get out i just wanna go hang out with the gf or relax. This summer i will have alot more time on my hands to take some good shots, hopefully by then i'll have a few more lenses.

omfg my canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II is kickass. look at the sharpness of this picture (100% crop, believe it or not, absolutely NO SHARPENING DONE IN PS):

Just got it yesterday guys. I was like Fok yeah!!!!!!!
The camera rocks, but I suck at taking the pics..lol still gotta learn all the little tricks. Will post some pics once I learn to use it better

..but I'm having trouble even transfering the pics to my PC though. Yesterday I could see them, but the new shots from today, Windows says it can find them
are you guys using Quicktime viewer to open them?

Ok, here is what i do, i shoot in raw so i have to transfer them over by going into My Computer and selecting the camera, then i just drag them over. Then to view them i use Adobe Photoshop CS2.
Download Picasa, its free from google, its 10x better than Windows Picture Viewer.
