Just hit 80K miles.
Rerouted my throttle and cruise control cables, removed the brackets that held the cables, and repainted the header.

Damn that's some low miles!!
Just installed a Revo Short Shifter. Should have done it along time ago, shifting feels great!! I'm sure my 160k mile OEM one could have been replaced with another OEM one and felt better. Feels more like the shifter is bolted directly to the tranny. If anyone has $100 bucks they want to spend, get a Revo

Like sleepy said, it is really easy. Just get some needle nose pliers and pull on cotter pins. Mine were a pain and I had to pull pretty hard. I bought new ones at Home Depot along with a washer to tighten up some of the slack in the connector. If you look at my pic, to remove the cable on the left you first need to twist it to the left (large flat head). It will unlock it then you can pull it out. The middle cable you need to use a large flat head to pry the metal clip off then they both slid out and you reverse the instal.

Changed her pads today on my own for the first time using one of the many DIYs on this site. Good learning experience.
Some bolts were a pain to remove (broke my socket wrench during the process) but nothing a few squirts of PB blaster can't handle.
I wanted to give the Hawks pad a try from all the good reviews but my pads were in dire need of changing. The brakes would sound like a garbage disposal when I come to a stop. So I did some research and went to my nearest O'reilly's and got me some Wagner Ceramics. Not bad at all. Good day for me.

Hahaha got my 02 civic paid off yesterday as well! Such a great feeling to start ordering parts instead of paying the car payment!
Re: What did you do to your civic today?
After paying the last payment, i ordered a new grill and window shade things, can't remember the right name for them at the moment. Hopefully get those by the end of the week or beginning of next week ill install them! Took off the valve cover to clean it and try and decide what type if paint i want to paint it with, and realized its going to need to be sandblasted due to a shitty "factory" paint job done on it before. Also installed a USB plug into the dash a few weeks ago to charge my iPhone, love that thing and not having to struggle with an adapter that blocks the passenger cup holder!

Anybody install a shark fin on the roof of their civic? I ordered a black one for my white car, $1.50 shipped

EDIT: Doesn't fit the roof curve on my car. Part of the fin would be in the air, not stickied to the roof.

And thanks to my friend Jake for recommending his friend to recommend his EM2's HKS exhaust to me which I didn't care about until I recommended the HKS exhaust to Kenny, lol
