Hey well tommarow we will be doing it, and I need to know what to cut out, where to stick the screwdriver, and I think that's it.

It was already mentioned where to stick the screwdriver in a previous post. Just trim the cover so the pulley has enough clearance to rotate. You won't know until the pulley is on and you're putting the cover back.

I know he said this earlier, I was the one who asked, but I don't know anything about transmisions....so where could I find this place to stick the screw driver.

There is a opening on the tranny case you will see it plain as day. Tracking numbers are hard for us man. Dave is hardly ever here, so better to just wait it out. I dont keep those on my computer. The spacers aren't on the way yet. My teeth are done only two appts to finish them up.

GUYS, about that TDC mark....you dont HAVE to do that...its just something that will help the tuning guys....only reason he's saying that is cause to get the most out of your pulley its going to have to be tuned.

Im just gonna let the guys do it, im paying them alot of money....its 170 for 3 runs over here in charlotte. But now i need a VAFC2

I know that about the TDC, but I might as well do that while I'm working on the car anyways.

As for the Dyno runs you are paying a lot. They are charging me wither 80 bucks for 3 pulls, or 125 bucks for SAFC and other tuning.

That's cool, if it gets here by Saturday we are strait, if it gets here Monday, I still might be able to manage, but I can't promise you anything.

I picked the wrong time to purchase it! LoL.

well ****, I went to go install mine and my dad called and said he was on his way home, I barely got my car down before he came in the driveway. Monday is the day for the install now, being that I work the next 4 days....

Hopfully I will have my TB/Intake Manu combo by then too.

^^ me and you have like the.....same set up

D17A2 Vtec 1.7L- AEM CAI (silver) w/ bypass valve
- Magnaflow Exhaust 2.25"
- Ceramic Coated 4-1 header (1018 gauge SS)
- Hi-flow Cat 2.25"
- O2 Simulator / MIL Eliminator (didn't work)
- Denso Iridium Spark plugs (IK20)
- Bored Intake Manifold / Billet 74mm Throttle body ( from DH Racing)
- Dual Groove Underdrive Pulley (DH Racing)

the only thing different with mine is, no cat, and no bypass valve. Well of course I have different products but I mean the actually part itself. The MIL eliminator didn't work for me either! THen I bought the 02 sim and it worked! LoL funny ****!
