How many people have yet to recieve their pully? Am I the only one still waiting? Damn I'm only like an hour and a half away. I thought I'd be the first one to get it.

Josh said there would be no getting new size belts they will fit the same without the spacer if you didn't put it in, its just to help fit the pulley better thats all and no belt size change.

Spacer isn't going to change anything but the chance of rubbing on the sensor, we put one on the motor without the washer and it didn't destroy it so you must have done something different to have crushed it like that.

the belt sizes that were posted earlier were these for the powersteering belt, go to any autozone and ask for the kelly-springfield #390k4.

for the alternator belt, go to any pepboys and ask for the dayco #350k6.

Wow, this thread is awesome. I haven't ordered a pulley (yet), but I'm having fun reading about the progress.

I can't wait to hear more about the performance!

Oh yeah, I remember the RVM pulley. I emailed them twice and heard nothing back from them. Oops. We had a bunch of people here interested in the pulley, too. Looks like they missed out on a lot of business from us.

I'm sure the dh pulley is better, anyway, but I also want to see what the weight difference is between the two.

Why do I haveto go to 2 different stores, that doesnt make alot of sens to me. Can't I just get a 39" 4 rib and a 35" 6 rib anyware? Or do I have to go to Advanced Auto Parts and get a wrench! j/k

Just waiting on my washer now, It's gonna be sweet!

I'm not gonna ruin your thread, I just know that there are alot of people on here who buy first without researching. Being a member of this site since it's inception, I feel the need to lookout for them.

With that said, if any company thinks they can come on here and make rediculous HP claims without backing them up with a dyno chart, then they'd better prepare to hear from me. It won't turn ugly I will just call you out on your claims and that will be that. I don't think that is asking for much. You develop a part, you provide a dyno chart to back up your claim. Not a dyno chart from a different application, a dyno chart from a D17. Dyno pulls here in Florida are 3 for $80 they can't be much more in Cali.

I like your attitude and willingness to make things right, people/companies do make mistakes from time to time and it's the people who are willing to stand by their product that stay in business.

P.S. - Isn't Dave's "b16" stroked to a 2.1?

Your not alone, ive heard some things too...

But that hasn't stopped me from buyings a few parts here and there.

I put more faith in products that have been thoroughly tested and proven on the application the are intended to be used on. Either way it's DH's thread and I am not a customer or even interested in this product, so I am going to stay out of it.

What is your name. I sent all the pulleys last week, you being in Cali should have it. Email me ALLMTRHONDA@HOTMAIL.COM with a request on your order status, and I will get it all taken care of.

The SPACERS WILL NOT be out of the machine shop till Tomorrow, well what he told me, so don't expect it for a few days.

Who cares what has been heard. We haven't done anything to break trust on here, we try to make up where things have happened. Stuff has always happened in the past, but not one of our motors have blown up, not one head come back, and little things in this industry we face.

We aren't perfect but when something happens we do more then what we have to in order to ensure someone in happy, we try that's all we can say.

Isn't the spacer just for peace of mind? Its not going to rub anyway right? I'm going to install mine tomorrow, but I just wanted to know if the spacer is absolutely needed.

ok here's the update...i wasn't too sure if you guys would like to hear what happened at the track...not the best times for me this time...but yeah here's my stats....

ok here it is...

R/T .499
60' 2.616
330 6.946
1/8 10.547
mph 69.40
1000' 13.637
1/4 16.231
mph 86.02

ok...this time is NOT what i had in mind...but the thing is...on my last track run approximately one month ago....my best time was 16.3 in the 1/4....my 60' time, however, was about 2.3 seconds...so i dunno if its just me...or if its my stock firestones with about 20% tread...you guys can debate on whether or not the pulley helped...i still believe it does...i will be going back to the track in about 2 weeks...with brand new tires...hopefully my times will improve...oh...and a little off topic...i now have a kind of "whirring" sound coming from my car when i disengage the clutch and start to move from a stop (does that make sense?)...anyone care to venture on what it could be? i THINK its coming from near my wheels...but i'm not sure...i wish i could describe it more...but it only happens when i disengage the clutch and press the gas from first and second gears....

AND i haven't lost any hope in the dh-racing pulley...i'll see on my next track run if i can do better...

I think the only way to really see is with a dyno.

Ok, I've got my pulley and I bought belts last night. I also what to know if the spacer is needed. I have a chance to get my car dynoed friday, but I want to know about the spacer. If it is needed, than I'll wait to install the pulley. If not than I'll install the pulley thursday and dyno on friday.

I'm still guessing that it won't give 10whp like everyone thinks...I mean, you would def. be able to tell if it gave that much....If your car just feels a little quicker, you might have gotten 2-5whp at the most...If that

Actually I couldn't even tell the difference in my gain of 16hp when we dynoed my car. So I wouldn't doubt that you might not feel the difference. Maybe my butt-dyno is off since I could honestly "feel" the gains even though they showed up on the dyno and my faster track times. I think I'm just too afraid to claim something as a great gain when it might not be there.

You couldn't feel a 16whp difference??? Man, I did whenever i tune my VAFC II and corrected the torque curve....Of coarse you feel torque not Hp anyways....Hopefully that guy will dyno his car like he's planning.
