Does anybody know someone who has put on the dual groove and didn't put the power steering belt on and just put the ac belt. Would it help out a little or throw a CEL or something?

I'm going to once I reviece the spacer, but until then it's just gonna chill in the corner of my room sorounded by the belts.
nice I just got quoted 50 - 60 bux for an install, all depending on the amount of work when trimming the cover
If I get my spacer by tomorrow, I'm taking it in Saturday to get it installed, if not, then I'll get it installed next weekend.

Spacers have not been sent. I am trying to do everything for you guys at once, ported heads, manifold combos, pulleys, it's hard to keep up but we are on top of it. Spacers should DEFINATELY be out tomorrow.

WAIT A SECOND!
According to your profile you were born on March 30, 1983. That means you are 20 years old. Unless you're a dog in which you would be 140 which would make what you said slightly more plausable, even though you would not have thumbs.

Okay, you need to stop with this because you don't know what's going on. We'll wait for the dyno someone is doing, and hopefully then you'll change your tune. So what if he's 20? What does that have to do with performance parts? If you're not gonna buy the pulley, don't even post stupid stuff like that in here.

We have been waiting for the dyno for quite a long time now havent we???
The reason I pointed out that he is 20 is because of his BS statement about being around in motorsports since before AEM, JG etc. Which is just pure BS. Unless you could skateboards or bicycles as motorsports. But, I do agree that your age has nothing to do with horsepower. So the next time someone defends his products with an "I've been doing this since before blah bah blah..." speech rather than a simple dyno sheet you should be very worried.
AEM started in 1987 (thats 17 years ago for the math challenged) ==> http://aempower.com/about_aem.asp see the problem with his statement yet? well let me spell it out for you.
DHRacingJosh was 4 YEARS OLD when AEM started. What exactly about his statement was not bullshit?
Or do you believe his statement that he has been doing this since before AEM came around?
do you?
I don't (of course). I recognize that he was not telling the truth. Some would even dare to call it bullshitting. Others would race to his defence. Why? god only knows.

Hahaha. And I guess AEM is so good that they make an intake that gives 1-2hp! Well, it's been fun, but I have more important things to do than argue on the web.
So the spacers are shipping tomorrow? That's good news. How are the pnp's coming, Josh?

Simple, if you have at least 2 brain cells to rub together. But something tells me that the replies to this will have NOTHING to do with the above facts. Hmmm, I don't know why...

Hey LSRCivic, how many times are you going to edit your posts? LOL. Do you know how to spell? I think you’re losing brain cells.
Anyways, that’s good news that the spacers will be done tomorrow, hopefully, can't wait to get mine.

i have to go with LSRCivic and agree that Josh said something that defintely doesn't add up... but this doesn't mean that the pulley's don't work, in fact two members have already stated that they saw noticeable differences.
anyways i'm still waiting for my spacer like everyone here, can't wait to put the pulley on and see how my car runs.
btw, mootlif, how come you decided to put the pulley on w/o the spacer? did your mechanics tell you that they could do it without one? just curious...

I too believe that the pulley will work. It just makes sense. But, I have been turned off by the (IMO, "over the top") claims made as to the "proven" HP. Hell, I still might even buy one! I just want to see a darn before and after dyno sheet before I do! Is that unreasonable?

Thats to bad, good job on not editing that one. Well I'm off to bed, have fun "trying to argue a point" nobody cares about!

No more arguing a point. However, I do reserve my right to create an "I TOLD YOU SO" thread in the future.
