Ya dude, patience. I learned that this isn't just going to be a buy and go. I've done a lot of things to my car inbetween my orders their. I don't mind waiting a little bit of time for power.

well lets see...ive had my pulley sitting around for a few weeks now, ive been pretty slammed with school and stuff. so i finally get to look at the pulley and compare it to stock. well, here's the problem:
i got the single pulley, meaning it bypasses the ac and powersteering. the crank i received, fits a 4 groove. what i don't get is, the 4 groove belt is for the p/s, NOT the alternator. the alternator runs on a 6 groove belt. so can someone explain how the hell my 4 groove DH crank will run my 6 grooved alternator?

You know, when I was thinking about the single groove this came to mind. I have no idea. What I don't get is how it bypasses air and PS, that meants that you have to get a REALLY short belt to go from your crank to your alternator, which would prob give u some problems........JOSH?!?!?!?

well i just talked to josh and he said that since their crank pulley runs a 4 groove belt, i need to just use a 4 groove (versus the stock 6 groove) to power the alternator and leave 2 empty grooves on the alternator pulley. i guess it makes sense, but i guess i've never heard of it done this way. i'll confirm if this is possible with other sources and let you all know. thanks to josh for answering my questions.

There are just too many compromises to make here for the hp gain. It's gonna be underpowering AC, PS, and alternator. The timing cover has to be trimmed (thus making it weaker and open to road dirt). It needs a spacer now and who knows what all this does for balance.
I'm just gonna wait for now until other people install it. I'm hopefully getting my DH head soon, so that should give plenty of safe power.

And where is Josh? He must be super busy these days. I have a feeling the spacers weren't sent out yet. Anyway, let's just wait and stuff should start working out soon.

Um, yeah, 1 out of 30 is pretty bad. I'm really wondering why the other buyers aren't saying anything. Hopefully the spacer solves some of the problems.
Does Better Business Bureau mean anything to anyone? Its been over a month and we don't even have all the tools for the install and Josh "shipped" the spacers over a week ago. This is getting ridiculous here. If 30 people bought it and 1 person was able to rig his on somehow, something is very wrong here. The pulley looks universal anyway. I might as well sell mine to someone with a ford focus. Josh needs to straighten this out soon. Who knows if your heads or intakes will even work right. Josh's business =
