UPDATE: Dual-groove pulley INSTALLED!!!
You can try to take off the pulley bolt buy taking it to a local shop and have them unbolt it with their powerful impact gun. Then have them tighten it back a little. Just enough so that you can drive home safely and take it off yourself with hand tools at home. I've done this a couple of times on older gen hondas.

I think Josh is still moving so he doesn't want to rush things. He said they were sent out already, butmaybe they're still sitting around.
Josh can you post a pic so we know what it looks like?

i think all hope is pretty much lost on this pulley and gettin his help. he's not TOO busy to post. the last time he posted on this thread was 3/26. hes been posting everyday, many times a day, on other threads up till 4/8. either he forgot about this thread or he's ignoring it. and i can put all my chips on the latter.

His cell phone is under his posts, every one of them. Other then that, I just tried to call AGAIN. and got no answer. I am going to be calling every hour on the hour because I need to know about my intake mani/tb and also my spacer.

Ok well finally got in contact with him today. He said that he just finished moving. He said that my intake mani/tb was still not made or finished. And I didn't ask him about the pulleys but atleast he;s still alive.
well tell him there's a lot of pissed people on this board....
but i called him a few weeks ago before he moved i guess...he said that he already sent it out and someone already got it....what i don't get is that shouldn't everyone receive it at the same time??

Hey guys, i just finished fixing some things...looking where my engine dampener could be mounted...and decided to try and install the pulley
Everything is apart including the flywheel cover, its alot easier than i thought....once it was off it took me like 2 minutes with a screwdriver and stuck it in the teeth of the flywheel and pop off goes the crank pulley bolt...omg so much easier than last time.
AS soon as i get the old rvm pulley off im going to weigh them both again...see which ones lighter....i have a strange feeling the RVM pulley will be lighter. But the dh may perform better cause of its size and P/S is not at 100% (or a/c?)

Im confused, am i supposed to take the whole timing cover off and then cut out a section for the pulley??
cause if i dont do that it will not fit at all
I kinda gave up for now and will do something tomorow morning.
oh and the DH-pulley weighs exactly the same as my RVM-pulley
mabye a lil more with the spacer

They aren't cons, they just don't know how to meet the demand. I don't think taking orders before something is ready and finished is right, but then again I went for it anyways.

CDMX hopefully we'll get some good new from you. Josh did mention we don't NEED the spacer for sure, and one member already installed the pulley without the spacer. So Go figure

So, calm yourself.

Well. Berreta gave me Josh's cell numer, but the number wasnt in service, maybe it was the wrong number, I don't know. I just wanna know when the shipping date is, this is holding some installs up big time. The shop number is no longer in service either.
The pulley is definatly a nicely made piece for all the haters out there, can't speak for the head work, but anyone who's seen the pulley in person can vouch the quality. Exept for the spacer isue.

I just ledt a message on one of the numbers from DH's web site. It was Dave's voice on the machine, I told he were all waiting for some sort of shipping date or reply on the spacers and other products. I left my number and told him no one has responded to the forum in a quite a while. We'll see what happens. I'm crossing my fingers, I've been patient, but I don't wanna get burned?
