I'm not going to return the pulley, and I have absolutely nothing against Josh besides the amount of time it takes for stuff to get here.
I wouldn't return it unless I knew MINE didn't fit. But I decided to leave it be and not try it. I even ordered the pulley removal tool. I will sell it to anyone for 15 bucks shipped...considering I paid 25 for it.

You will have the spacers.. I sent more out to a few who have emailed me asking about them...Also there is no way the pulley could be for a D16 being the shaft size of the crank on the D17 is the same as a B16 much bigger then the older SOHC motors.
It does fit just fine. It presses on and some people dont know how to do that. It has 3 thousandths press, and when you trim the cover it works just fine. The spacer is just for peace of mind but is not necessary. The people who have it on are the ones who know what they are doing

so you have to trim the cover before it fits on the crank or what? i mean i know hardly nothing about engines, and if they take it out and try and show me it doesnt fit like the other people all believe them, i mean what do i know

the problem though from some members is to them it doesnt fit over the crank, but i dont see how that is possible if it has been succefully installed and they were cut from the same program
Becaue it presses on this is why we dont use a key way. You have to press it on initially and then press it down the crank. It's a technique that's been used for a long time. It works, and is proven too.

The guy who tried mine is a pro and builds engines all the time. If he couldn't make it work, then there's something wrong with the pulley. He also mentioned that it is a "race design" pulley and not safe for a daily driver. I still convinced him to make it work, but he couldn't--even with your instructions.
Josh, I would really appreciate a refund, as this pulley is just sitting on my desk now. I can't use it.

You all will have the spacers, and you can install it. How can some install it and others can't FutureRSXSwap did it in an hour, so ask him about it. He had no issues, and it made gobs of power. It's the Single Groove, but it is externallly designed the same.

I don't understand how I and a few others can have it on and then some don't fit. They should all be the same?
