If u get your money back, we will all feel a little bit better, but I doubt those people will still get their money back for their pulleys.
I hope you guys can get your money back!!! I know how you all feel...I was one of the suckers that got pulled into the peice of **** KMS manifold...I really hate to tell you this, but this is why I waited to see if this was going to be for real....When he was boasting about 20whp and 10whp and so on from this pulley, I knew that he was full of it...Yeah, you could get some really good gains with FI, but 10-15whp on a civic just from installing a pulley??? Too good to be true in my eyes....Just file a BBB complaint and see what happens from there. Good Luck Guys!!!!!

Which shop are you referring to?

I expect a refund I paid $130 for a paperweight that I had so much hope for.

Well if I spend 60 - 80 bux on an install at a shop, and they tell me it doesn't fit, I'm going to want a refund of the install cost plus the pulley, or a pulley that fits and a check for the cost of another install.
Also, Has anyone measured the diameter of the crank? If so just post the specs and we can all just measure the diameter of the hole in our pulleys. That would make this all a lot easier to prove or disprove whether or not it is a design flaw on the pulleys.

thats a good idea about the measuring i was thinking of that too, i mean it makes no sense how one is one perfect and the rest dont go on or we dont know if they fit yet

not all of are ready to sue though, most people will try it once then if it doesnt work then want a refund rather then one jsut right now
I say we give him the week he again asked for(for like the 5th time). Then if we dont have the spacers we ALL go to the BBB and fill out the form and and demand a refund and take it from there..

I don't want a spacer. I want my money back from the pulley. A spacer isn't magically gonna make the pulley fit on. I would like to see what Josh says about this. I'm not getting pissed just yet, and I've been very patient throughout this whole thing.
If I do get the refund on the pulley, and if the ported head install on Tuesday goes well, then I'll be happy again.
Josh--let me know about the pulley refund and I'll ship it back to you asap. Thanks for your help.

Yeah, maybe if we get a refund I'll pull a Josh and make him wait 3 months to ship the pulley and spacer (if we ever get it) back, but I'll promise its in the mail every week.

yea true or you and others that cant get it to fit a spacer wont magically make it fit, but for the people that have one like mootlif3 it took them like 20 min to put it on only hard part was taking the old pulley off, why this is i have no idea, i just hope mine goes the same way

Ask mootlif3 what kind of Vic he has...it can't just be a fluke.
I am assuming that this pulley was made to fit the D16.....that's the only viable explanation as far as I can see. DH had in the hatchback that Josh uses to sell his products and they mass produced them assuming that they would fit the D17 as well without testing the sh*t.

this is what he said when i asked him about how the install was " We couldn't get the OEM pulley off. He said it had no issues clearing the sensor or fitting and the only problem he had with the pulley was cutting the timing cover. Other than that it was a simple install for him, 20 mins max."
-- he has a 2003 ex coupe (manual)

i have a 03 1.7EL manual, basically the same as the 2003 civic ex....i wonder if it has anything to do with auto or manual....but i doubt it..someone see if they have time, the measuring thing is a great idea, i've been thinking about it since i heard problems, just never said anything tho....so if anyone has a vernier caliper or whatever it's called, check to see what the diameter is
