Would love to - but my civic is due in for minor body work from the 19-22 Gotta tell you guys about my car that I was supposed to pick up yesterday and drive for the first time since November 1st of last year. Everything was perfect, my mechanic Alex spent the day putting everything back together and double checking all the connectors, bolts... All that was left to do is tig weld the exhaust tip (beautiful funky tip!), change the oil and start it up. We did, it sounds incredible! Rpm's fly up and down with no hesitation, we really released it from all restrictions, idle is smooth, car is running great, started right up. We put the tools away, lowered it to the ground and proceded to back it up out of the garage for a road test. The ACT clutch grips at the perfect spot, less than a 1/4 of it's travel, and it grips hard, works fine. Shifted 1st gear, drove on to the street, gently accelerated at +/- 50% throttle, I immediately felt the extra pull and much quicker rpm's, then at about 4000 rpm... CLANK! And I was left with a gearbox full of neutrals 200 feet away from the garage. The shortest roadtest ever... sh#t I'm disapointed. Probably not something major but we had no time to check it was late and we were tired.

Sorry to hear SUPERFLY .. Hopefully like you said its nothing major and it can be brought back to life quickly. At least you know the improvements are there -- and I'm sure you'll be surprising at least a few other racers with them

Farther - might be less than 45 mins by taking alternative routes coming from Ottawa though
but there could be middlemen involved in the process. Depending on how things play out atm.

I'm picking my car up TONIGHT!
Alex my mechanic (BIIIIIG props to him for a good job, excellent teacher and friend) just called me to let me know it was just a badly installed c-v joint that popped out of the tranny with no damage whatsoever.

Hi every one! I recently bought a cluster from a LX to swap mine. The problem is that the kilos on my car do not match the one on my new cluster. So I went to Honda to have a sticker telling that the odometer is not the original one and that the kilos are not good with the difference between the car and the odo on it but My car dealer didn't want to do it!!
So I'm wondering which dealer would do it in the Montreal region???
Where did you guys go???

Where did you guys go???Only one member thus far in our region has swapped his cluster, that would be FaZe, to my knowledge. I do not know if he got the sticker (or tried getting the cluster reflashed or anything). Though did the dealer say why they wouldn't do that?
Hi! They told to me that they don't whant to swap any cluster unless it's broken. They say that it would affect the waranty of electrical components
even though it's simply 2 clips to unclip and reclip
. I said to them that it didn't bother me but their mecanics (Is it how we say it??
) don't whant to do it because of the previous reason...
It was Honda de Laval on St-martin blvd in Laval.
Tomorrow I will try another dealer. Hope it will work!!

Tu peut parler en francais si tu veut .. mais pour moi, c'est plus facile de parler en anglais.
Is the cluster from the same year car as yours? As I know it is not a simple plug & play for different years. 01 > 03 conversion work You can ask FaZe and others not from Montreal area that changing between those two gauges took quite a bit of time.
Though worst comes to worst, I say you open up your cluster and "disable" something.. that way they have to change your cluster. But honestly, I wouldn't do this and go back to the above mentioned garage - as they'd probably say
