Anybody have any advice for me?
Only place really where I'd say you do not have to rent a car to go anywhere would probably be staying within the core of Montreal (downtown) - which would be a litte more costly. The hotel I'd suggest would be the Marriott Chateau Champlain. Basically near the Old Port and downtown club scenes.

As for doing things, depends on your mood. Sounds like you just want to unwind, in which case I'd lean and say taking a walk/boat ride in the Old Port. Might take a cab/bmw system (bus-metro-walk) to the Casino and/or Ile Helene (Parc Jean-Drapeau) for more peace and quiet. Could as well go to St. Joseph's Oratory (if you are into religion) and/or Mount Royal park - though both are a little further from downtown.

Not sure if this suggestion hels you out, but let us know and we'll try to
narrow it down.

Looks good Hans. How'd Marc (Viper) fix his aero kit problem again?? Maybe you could ask him and help narrow down a solution. As for painting, well you can try to paint it yourself and see how it turns out, or just forget it and pay for it. Though if you don't like it you may end up paying, so it would cost more. All in all, just really depends on your decision about finances.

Thanks for the comments guys!

I already chat with Viper, should be easy to fix with a dremel! The coupé has a hole for the muffler in the bumper that sedan don't have... I'll just need to cut it

I was quoted 75$ to paint the front lip... so this shop will do it!

If you see some 04-05 EL side skirt let me know!

AUTOMERGE ****: I just found at a acura dealer some brand new 05 side skirt for 195$... is it a good price?

But they are silver I'll need to paint them too...

Esthetic surgery on the SUPERFLYmobile.

I must say to my defense that I don't have access to the equipment you have! I am working in my driveway with spray paint!

Are you going to put the carbon fiber hood available on the CCQ?

Most probably, I'll check the finances when I'm done painting.

It would look awesome would it?

Shouldn't cost you any more than $36 at the dealer.

Haven't we had this sort of discussion before Steve ?

Had to be a black car huh? Not that it would even match the paint if it was EBP.. I'll think, but don't expect an answer from me this season. Moreso at the end of winter

A little update on my lip project.

You know I am a DIY addict so I tried to paint my front lip myself...

Sanded it with 200 on rough spot then 400 everywhere. Primer 2 coats. Wetsand 600. 3 coats of paint, 3 coats of clear:

Test fit:

Look like the color will be okay. Look a little less shiny right but I still want to apply a compound (or wax) on it. There is some spot where the clear did some droplets I'll try to fix that by wetsanding with 2000grit! Hope it'll work

Overall I think it will look nice! Need to find some 3M tape to fix it now...

And I already have the rear Reverb lip also... I am just not decided yet if I will use it or not!

Why ask me Hans? It isn't like somebody else couldn't initiate a meet or anything Sure I realize last year I was moreso pushing for them, but this year I have a bit less free time on my hands plus the fact that it seems quieter and quieter round these parts. Besides, with things the way they are, I couldn't really tell you what day/time works best for me. What I might suggest would be moreso of a Sunday evening meet (7-8+), but with the way the weather is nowadays that is somewhat late for a car meet/picture taking - unless you wanted to do something besides that (dinner, billiards, cards, etc) Apart from that, might consider a Saturday - but there used to be a problem with others moreso for this day as they had plans. So

Perhaps if 2/3+ decide to agree on a date/time then we can go from there.
