The mod bug has left him for the moment .. I still blame it on the weather, him being too busy, and seeing his dream car in person - but yeah.. **** happens.
I know I unloaded my rear sway stuff, but mainly because of the hassles I've already had about it - and well, I truthfully don't see myself needing it. Besides that, my bills are starting to pile up. Need to stop the hemorrhage from getting any worse.
So how'd everyone else like this sucky weather we had this long weekend?

One thing, I can say is that the civic is an excellent car, I don't think I'd sell it. Like Karumba said the mod bug has left me for the moment.

The second one there is also being sold on MR.com -- http://www.montrealracing.com/forums...d.php?t=221334
Other posts:

-=-=-=
So how's everyone?
BTW, Nindoo, you might want to chat with FaZe for the rear camber if you are selling. And if you are in fact selling instead of modding, there might be a buyer in Ottawa for the sway - cannot guarantee that they'd still be looking or not, but always can ask.. I know DnarahP was looking/inquiring before - cannot guarantee on that fact still though.
SUPERFLY, you can relay to Shaiitake - as I doubt I'll post on CCQ
that its a nice set-up he's got. Interesting H/Civic/Elegant by TYC placements
Basically sorry I didn't say hi to him, but well - didn't know who the heck he was and well .. I'm shy

As I spoke with you on MSN Superfly - steve_civic03, polocivic2k4, xXJDMCivicXx (not sure what he's driving if he is), danjaman, and myself.. possiblities still exist from others but I'm not sure.
Cool meet guys!
Fun to put faces on names, I was happy to meet THE Karuuuummmmmba, Steve03 and the Danjamannnnn.
I am very concerned about Karumba's car though...man your car has a very very weird and abnormal clanking sound, seems to be valve oriented. Hopefully it's just an exhaust manifold leak, but it really didn't sound like it. 4-5 of us spotted the sound when you left, so it's not a coincidence buddy, bring it to NoRedline and we'll check it out for you.

.. I still lean towards my **** pulley set-up and loose piping.. But I'll take some more advice and actually get it looked into. We'll see what Alex (NoRedline) has to say on Tuesday. Thanks for looking out though - definitely a friendly bunch you CCQ are
Was cool to see the rive-nord ccq crew arrive as they did, I miss cruising like that.
Was definitely good to meet put faces with names for sure
Eventually we'll try to do it again, perhaps a 7th-gen only thing (but I wouldn't expect such a high turnout
the ccq sure can fill a lot )Hondaground (which has some 7ths in it) has organized a meet for Saturday night at Carrefour Laval - lower level parking garage. I unfortunately have other engagements, but still available for others to attend.

The 7ths on the road for how much longer anyways?
I feel like wasting my Thursday around the island - afternoon downtown, oogling the 8th gen concept
.. shooting out and meeting a friend at the RMR BBQ .. then heading over to Julep in the evening. Meh, nothing better to do
so might as well - hope the weather stays nice

Yeah like I mentioned before on MSN .. was a mix of pulley action and probably an exhaust leak. Turns out to be true on both those occasions
Might also be able to add in unbalanced valves as that wasn't checked, but still.. The cracked manifold honestly doesn't bother me. Finding out about the oil leak seriously annoys/bothers me.. wondering when the heck that might have started - as don't really notice any newer oil marks on the driveway, but might just quickly blend into the old ones
Definitely going to have to think things over for the moment ....

Yeah I know.. bored out of my mind don't help. I hate the weather forecaster -
We don't expect any precipitation from Wednesday evening to Thursday evening
Gawd I wanted to install my grill and attempt to clean my headlight today
Guess it waits again.. and knowing me, going to be sometime next week
Doesn't help get my mind off my car problems too... still don't know what to do entirely.. sure I can change my exhaust system- well the new manifold kinda begs it too, plus the dinky looking tailpipe .. but with the kilometers on the engine, and the crank leak, do I go another route earlier ..
Well at least the rain cooled the weather down .. but
I liked it nice and hot. Fine too humid, but thats normal for us. Going to be a shitty looking weekend now for the Grand Prix.
