I keep forgetting where still in March .. so many plans for April and keep thinking we're there already. Oh well, we'll get there eventually - like another 28.25 hours (no - I'm not bored at all 
)- As for the moulding,
rust proofing purposes mainly- I mean it doesn't look 100% flush with the hood.. like 90% I'd say.. or maybe I'm just going crazy and don't remember what the stock ones fit like - as even my car came with broken ones.. That or maybe I over-tigthened the bolts before making sure it was level.. 
Not like its hard to do .. perhaps if I wasn't so lazy atm

so yeah.. it was our 5 months between my car and I
Spent the day washing it (got screwed by the rain tonight)
Took new pics of the front/interior...

BTW the Weather Network is your friend ... well at least trust in the 24hr predictions. Though who am I to talk, last summer if I was going out with my car someplace I would often clean it- even if it'll rain .. and then reclean it the next day after that rain..
