depends how often you clean it. if you wash every week, prolly once a year clay is fine

I wash every week, wax every 2~4 weeks, and clay every 3~6 months
Claybar, you'll probably use most of it on your first time claying, so it'll probably last like 2~4 times to be honest. (I wouldnt really want to keep the first kit for that long anyways)
But after that, another claybar kit will last you forever.

so for the first time using one ever.. should i be using both of em? or will 1 be enough? cuz it feels like crap. if i wouldnt have known about this claybar thing, i'd be buyin some wax pretty soon. i hate that, especially after a fresh wash, you slide ur finger on it and its just rough and not smooth at all.

i know it.. i keep runnin into money issues
so sick of it..
i just wanna do so much, but im always stopped cuz of money. story of my life i tell ya. oh well, hopefully ill get to autozone soon and pick some stuff up. i noticed a big a$$ chip of paint on the passanger side door today missing.. i got SOO mad. you'd think parking in a garage would help to NOT get scratches and crap like this. but no, everyone wants to walk right by my car, and scrape it up. and "sorry" just doesnt fix paint. ugh.. oh well. guess ill just have to pick up some big foam sheets and line my car with em every night. im SICK of gettin fresh scratches on a dark freakin car. i should take a pic of the nice chip that's gone now. might do that tomorrow..

im not a very good decider. if that's a word. lol...
i like how both of your cars look without the emblems.. but i dont know if i would like mine without em.. i like the "civic" emblem, but you cant really leave that and take off the "ex". i definetly wanna take off that stupid thing on the front hood i put on. i didnt have any idea how -stuck- they get on there. woops!
is goo-gone the best stuff to use? on ur paint? to get that black adhesive crap off?

goo gone is pretty good, just wash it off and wax afterwards. you could leave just the civic i guess like the 06+ have stock. they stopped putting the trim emblems on the back.

In Canada we don't have LX or DX badges on the cars. And our EX is called an Si so it does have a badge.
Mine looks perfectly normal without it, in fact I would think it would look weird with it lol.
