I like those black styled rims a lot, the second ones not really. Generic isnt nessecarly a bad thing, id rather have a generic looking set of wheels then something tacky and french looking.

ANYWAYS - after cleanin up my headlights today, i was takin a good look at my car, and i dont know if the black and blue theme will be the best. im kinda reverting back to what i wanted to do initially.. which is chrome headlights and chrome/silver grill.. since "ebay sucks" so much, i looked around at other sites and found some pretty good lookin headlights.. here's the link to the ones i like.. http://www.slickcar.com/details/3948...headlights.asp .. has anyone ever ordered from this site? or does anyone have these lights? they're clean and sharp. and i think they would look perfect on my car, and would also go well with all of the other chromed pieces. what do you think?

but those are ebay headlights just more expensive and sold on another website like gearbox said all aftermarket headlights for our cars suck.

but why do they suck so bad? what is so much greater about stock? and if they suck so bad, why does everyone seem to have em? how do you make sucky ones better? buy new bulbs? does the actual inclosure suck? or just the lights in it? cuz cant the lights be changed?

They suck because of the quality of the lenses makes the light output not that great. Everyone has them because they're not expensive and they like the look of them. Also most people don't buy for light output, they buy for looks (ricers).

If you want them then just get them. Everyone that is telling you the light output sucks is saying that because they care about light output. If that's an issues of yours, then you can retrofit them. If that's not an issue then you have new headlights that you like.

They suck because they look fugly, everyone and there grama has them, the light output are a downgrade from stock, you will probably have the urge to buy some blue or purple hid to top it of, those halo ring will only last about 3 days, they will fog up pretty quickly, I personally don't like chrome, everyone on the road will hate you if they don't do a good job at cutting of the beam, they will probably be stolen in a couple of weeks depending on where you live, well I can keep going.

At the end of the day, it's your car and what you like then you're going to put it on. If I wanted to put a huge *** spoiler and vinyl wrap my car with something ridiculous, it's MY car and I don't care what others say about the mods. They're not the ones driving it. I am.

However, that logic only applies to aesthetics. Anything performance should be discussed lol. That stuff is a science. Cosmetics is a taste, and no one shares the same tastes

Also, if the light output ends up REALLY bugging you, then you can swap your OEM's back in or retrofit.

I don't really know much in terms of customization, but do you have any interior updates planned? I got a genuine leather shift boot for my car that actually gave it a little more character. I know you have some blue interior. I got mine from these guys a while back and it still looks good.

alllllllll of this is your opinion about different headlights in general. and even a little bit of uh, i guess making fun of me bc im a chick with that little blue or purple hid statement. and i dont appreciate it at all. the ONLY thing you said that had anything to do with my question about the "suck" part of the light is what is underlined. which says "the light output are a downgrade from stock". thats the only legit thing about this entire statement. and if your gonna come on here and bash everything i like, then you dont have to be in my thread. you obviously would like NOTHING i like, so there is no point of you commenting on it. aight?

Don't wanna start anything here but this is the thing, I have my car you have your car I don't ask what do you think about X item and them say you know what its my car and ill do what I want to it because then what is the point of asking if you have decided to not take inputs except does you want to hear which is why I never asked anyone for advice on what to put on my car I either like it our don't. But iam glad you have made up your mind on what you want to do on YOUR car.

i do like that a lot, especially the violety blue leather color.. i looked at the pic, is yours one solid color? or does it have black with it as well? ive been lookin for a new shift **** too.. black and blue or just blue.. but cant decide on one. i found a momo one i love, but im not droppin $60 for a shift ****. lol.. but thanks for sharin that, that's definetly somethin i'd look into. ive been lookin online for blue/black seat covers and found a few good ones too.. but the problem is gettin all of the same blue shade to match. lol that can get to be a pain in the butt.

The stitching on mine is very subtle, but it's charcoal gray and goes pretty well with my car. They also have armrest covers on there as well if you like that kinda stuff

oh sweet. yeah, if i got somethin like that, i'd definetly want an arm rest cover to match. i almost ended up taking the arm rest off bc i have seat covers on it now and of course the ugly grey arm rest sticks right out. but ended up keepin it on bc i like havin it there to lean on. lol..

i tried makin one one time, but that didnt work out too great. lol.. but yeah, im gonna go back to that site and look at the arm covers too.. matchin specific shades of blue though is gettin to be a pain in the butt. so far i got the "tweeter panel" things, the numbers on the shift ****, the pedal covers, and the blue thats on my seat covers now, all one color.. so im tryin my best to stick to that shade. but its a more medium/ocean blue i guess you would call it instead of the darker basic blue shade. probably made things more difficult for me, but i like that color a lot

thank you again though, yours looks really good.. i think i might take the center piece out tomorrow and paint the ring around the shifter blue. i HAAATE the gold color on there.. ugh, dunno who thought of that, but bad decision for sure. lol.

You have a nice night and life and the capital letters were not yelling its just making it clear that its your car no one else is.
