What you have to do is buy the Jet Kit and when you recieve the package, you have to resend them the kit with your ECU. Then when they're done, they mail it back with the adjustments that you want. ie. fuel, ignition timing, rev limiter, fuel cutoff, etc...
Another way is by using an Apexi ITC (Ignition Timing Controller). Now I'm not sure if these work on our cars but I guess you can try searching the board to see if anybody has one that works.
EDIT: Apparently AEM makes a system called the EMS (Engine Management System). This is apparently the ****. You can hook it up to a laptop and program your ECU yourself. That's fvcking sweet but the price tag is not.... AEM sells it on their website for almost $1,900. bux USDM!!!!

Hey Rich, check the LAC board. spoonfedh2 is selling a Zex Dry Nitrous kit for $700. Maybe you could talk him down. Just thought I'd let you know.

Hey Rich,
Not sure if you saw this DIY.. I'm assuming you have because you've been doing lots of researching lately.. I don't know much AT ALL when it comes to nitrous so I'll just post the link.. It's the the DIY Return Style Fuel System Conversion. Sounds like a wicked conversion for a turbo set up.. Would this possibly help with a Dry Nitrous system?
I got nothin'!

Not a problem.. Just an idea if you were thinking of expanding possibilities.. He gives a rough estimate of blingage that you'd need. But glad to help! I didn't know if you have seen it already.
nah i hadnt seen it before. It's good to know though...just in case it becomes worthwhile. I think a wet kit will be safe enough. My God i'm looking forward to spring. So who would be interested in entering some shows with me??? Does LAC do anything like that...i know they cruise up...but what about entering??

I was thinking about entering when I was gonna go all out on a paint job.. But since it's gonna be a single or 2-stage paint job, it won't be as unique.. I'll be there as your support Rich.. And to make sure grubby kids don't drool on your ride!

Ok Here's The Deal Boys & Girls.......If I Decide Over The Winter To Go No Show With My Car, There Is A Very Good Chance I Will Be Parting Out My Parts On My Car. I Will Then Proceed To Turn The Car Into A Stock Civic & Leave It That Way. So If I Do Part It Out Everything I Can Get Rid Of Will Go (Wing Stays On Car).
I Mean everything from the pulleys, to intake under the hood....to my ground effects kit.....to my leather interior (well maybe the interior). So yea the big announcment on that will be made next spring. I want to get back into playing my guitar more than anything so if that means stripping my car to get the cash for what i want so be it. I mean damn I'm almost 29...time for me to look and step away from this maybe.
So basiclly if it happens the only thing staying on the car would be the wing & the system in it
But look on the bright side if i do this........I'm keeping the 7thgen at least.

I have a 7th gen and I still play guitar and bass!
That sucks to hear that you're parting out your car, but if it's better for you, I'm sure it's a good choice!
