Did some spring cleaning... and...
Black interior swap 6% complete!
lol jk
But if I find a good deal on black front and rear seats, I might give that a shot. Tan is okay, but it's the stupid Brown dash that bothers me the most.

Re: My EM2 - EX SE Build
Stupid winter driving...
Took me over an hour to get home from what is normally a 10 minute drive.
30 minutes to get out of the parking stall, 20 minutes to drive, and about 15 minutes to get up my driveway
And I think I may have pulled a corner of my front lip off, but I'm not sure. I'm too tired and stressed out to check right now

Re: My EM2 - EX SE Build
Just got back from a short trip to Minnesota.
This picture should illustrate pretty well why I don't like winter driving.

Re: My EM2 - EX SE Build
Darn right. Looks like someone spilled white paint on my car.
This has been my worst year with road salts. My brand new chrome exhaust tip is already ruined. I can't imagine what it's doing to my ebay-quality pipes underneath
As far as washing and waxing, the stuff is on so thick and in so many layers that I still can't get it clean after 3 washes in a row.
Having a nice color is a pain in the neck.

Re: My EM2 - EX SE Build
Thanks to a little help from Kenny...
I think I've finally decided on my next set of wheels.
(I know, I keep changing my mind, it's ridiculous...)
My idea to get HFP SS7s was shafted when I discovered the price of it all. Figured with new tires and all it would be nearly $1,000 total because I can't find anyone willing to sell a used set
So here I am. After a failed attempt to find where to buy the Rota knockoff (The TS-6F) I've decided to go for the Konig Deception and paint them either silver, white, or bronze.
Opinions? I think they'd look really cool. And they're 5 pounds lighter than what I have now, lol.
Also is a 7.5" rim too wide for an EM2? I'm actually disappointed these don't come in 16x7, that way i could go lower

Re: My EM2 - EX SE Build
Those would look mean in any color you choose tbh.
Black and bronze look real good.
But white really pops, especially with your clear fogs and headlights.
I feel, if you went any color other than white, you should change to yellow fogs.
And 7.5 is nowhere near too wide.
My Rota is 7.5

Ordered the Konigs!
Only $507 total from Discount Tire and only 200 miles away from me, haha
Can't wait!!

Re: My EM2 - EX SE Build
I had no Idea those Rotas I was looking at were identical to the Konig Deception. I must've overlooked it at the time because it only came in black. Now I found out that the Konig Deception is a knock-off of Wedssport SA60M, A wheel I looked at a few weeks ago, but decided was way too expensive.
Funny how things come full circle sometimes. I just needed someone else to make the connection for me, lol

Re: My EM2 - EX SE Build
Black and blue... yuck...
Why do you think my first rims have giant silver rings on them?
@TFMEX, the only option they have is black. But I'm too hipster for that

Re: My EM2 - EX SE Build
I don't trust my painting skills to do that. And with the harsh winters here with gravel and road salts everywhere, the coating would get chewed off in no time. Also with a white wheel you need a super smooth finish so they're easier to keep clean. I'm not sure plasti-dip will do the job....

Re: My EM2 - EX SE Build
Okay, this is gonna sound like a really stupid question, but I want some honest opinions...
Would it be too ricey if I badged my car as a Canadian Si?
I mean... I know mine isn't Canadian, but it's not like the car is any different otherwise, is it?
Part of me is telling me to go for it (and tell uninformed onlookes that my car is Canadian, lol) and the other part is telling me that I'll get flamed by very Civic owner in the midwest, haha
What do you guys think? :P

Re: My EM2 - EX SE Build
Yeah yeah, I figured :P
So what if I were to do these, but cut off the DOHC and the 'i'
That's also way too ricey? (combined with my new white rims of course)
