may be i could pass by them to have jobber price...But DAI seems to only carry KYB GR2 that are OEM shocks.... I didn't see any AGX...
BTW, I found this little quote for you... you may adjust your oversteer/understeer ratio with the adjustment on the shocks...
In general, Civics come from the factory tuned for understeer (front wheels slide first). A car that understeers is generally safer than one that oversteers (harder to spin). However, for better performance oriented vehicle dynamics, you want to reduce understeer and promote oversteer (not too much...). This will give you a car that is more willing to turn.
For understeer:
stiffen front dampers/soften rear dampers
or
stiffen front bar/soften rear bar
For oversteer:
soften front dampers/stiffen rear dampers
or
soften front bar/stiffen rear bar
Think of this in terms of lateral load transfer between tires as the car tries to roll. Stiffer bars or dampers will raise the roll moment at that end of the car (making it harder to roll). More load will be transfered to the outside tire (while less load goes to the inside). Eventually, the outside tire will become overloaded and reach its limits of adheasion, and then it slides.
The question is, wich end slides first?
The answer is, wichever end is relatively stiffer.

Cannot say I know of that beefin that was going on Karizzle.. not even sure I know of both of those Kamal's you refer to. I believed the white EL was greater than an 03 - as his tail-lights are newer model.. or maybe he switched them
In any event, the Kamal I know definitely was not dropped. On chromies, yes - but 4x4ing it on them.
USPS - regardless of ground express or airmail parcel will be the safest bet for reduced brokerage expenses. Duties will happen, especially if the item is greater than 50$, irregardless of the shipping method. Much like you going to the States and buying something. If you return you often have to pay duties - unless you lie and try smuggling it back
But brokerage fees are what you want to cut down on. UPS has the worst, then FedEX, and lastly USPS. If you seriously didn't want to pay any sort of brokerage fees, you could always ship it somewhere/to someone in the States and pick it up yourself.

I am looking for a civic 2004 passenger headlight for my blackout project ... If you want to do a group buy on it, I don't mind!!!!
Local scrapyard are asking for more than 100$, so I am looking on e-bay to see if I can get one cheaper. Look like it will be about the same price at the end... I might go local then.

That or perhaps asking us if we searched for parts from the scrapper and maybe then reducing the overall pricing

I'm laughing too much as I've both been that bidder and been beaten out by that bidder

I need some items .. though not completely, but at the same time, yes .. Confusing right? Well I know I want a 03-05 cluster and a new front dash, and possibly both rear door handles of a EBP sedan..
Though doubtful to get the dash off a scrapper as I would doubt it'd remain in prestine condition like I kinda want..
And then other small items like a switch insert clip, piece by/for the 9v outlet (though if I buy this, won't need first), a driver headlight - but don't exactly need as it would only be to possibly resell and/or do a black-out for a friend (who hasn't confirmed he wants it done)..

+ it don't clear an aftermarket intake. Go with Neuspeed bar, nothing less. So add 100$ more!!! Look for a used one maybe.Rear strut bar... useless! I have one... to attach my subwoofer!!!
... but suspension-wise it is useless. The way the suspension is designed in the back you don't really need one, there is no flexion there.Keep the progress bar... you have the show and the go with it!
What about a front lower brace?

... try to reach the guy... maybe he still have it? Keep your OEM front sway, you will be happy with it! But a front brace is a good future investment with our terrible roads!

I believe I'm down near 2" though (in summer mode)Depends moreso on the tires you'll be running for the rolling. 215/45/17 tend to rub - especially when you drop lower. Ask Vis as well
I went safe and did it anyways as the rear fenders don't even serve that great of a purpose anyways..I still say keep the well-known brand names that will probably improve the ride. Meaning Neuspeed > Ractive, and Neuspeed Sport (Sedan) > Canuck -- unless you decide to go full coilovers of course
Though keep in mind you might want to upgrade your rear endlinks - the big/stiff Progress bar has been known to break a few.
