I need an electronic boost controller, because my wastegate is set to 5 psi, and last night it was very cold, and it made 10 psi.
It took off like a damn rocket and spun the tires into 3rd gear. Today it is back to 5 psi since it is warm again.
I think and electronic boost controller would prevent these unexpected horsepower gains, and control the boost a bit better. (but the engine and fuel kit held the 10 psi)

BTW: I'm trying to help you out here, but if you don't want, then I can always start nit picking . You should see that so far I've been giving you the benefit of the doubt, even though there appears you need lots more development before you market this as a kit.
OK thank god theres another thread, i was going to start one up for the sfpower turbo talk...But anyway I AM REALLY INTERESTED but i have an EX...Tell him he better make a kit for the EX because i will be getting a second job to buy this kit....Im looking to get this kit at the end of summer.....
Also i have an important question mabye someone can answer....When putting a turbo on our motor what interals should be replaced first to put either higher boost or just to have a longer lasting motor....Ive heard the block can take 12psi

i am sorry barkat, i do appreciate your help. i was wrong when i said i dyno'd it in 4th gear. I found out that it was 3rd gear. So if you look at the graph, the power is related to speed in 3rd gear. And this kit is being mass produced, and it will be set to 7 psi. There will be an EX kit, as soon as we get an EX in there to make the downpipe. I am going to dyno my car again at 9 psi when i get a clutch. I know the internals can hold it because my car boosted 10 psi the other night when it was freakin' cold outside (i set my wastegate to 6 psi when it was hot).

also how can you be so sure the internals can handle up to 7 - 10 lbs of boost. that night you ran at 10 was relatively a short amount of time. what about long term at 7 - 10 lbs?
i want to be in on this gb cause the price is just about right for a complete kit, but i just saw another thread that derty posted about turbodiscounters coming out with a kit soon.price is about the same too so im stuck on deciding which kit would produce better gains on a set psi.

okay... i called sf today... he said he'll be posting the group buy on monday...
basically the group buy will only last for a month from monday.. unless we all convince him otherwise... ummmm.... mass production of the kits will start monday... he won't sell the manifold or the fuel system seperate so if you're thinking that then you're pretty much outta luck...
so do whatever you can to get as much cash together as you possibly can and lets get this group buy going!!!

I will take a picture for you guys so you can see how much i needed to cut.
As of right now, i am running 8 psi. my clutch is holding up well (i might add). I havent been slamming gears, just shifting mildly. The car seems to be much much happier with the added 2 psi.
I havent told you guys this before, but on our first pull on the dyno, we made 150 whp @ 5 psi, and then (the one you guys saw) 165 whp @6.5 psi. So i would imagine that i gained quite a bit power from this 2 psi. I am hoping to be sponsored by a local parts store (that carries ACT clutches) and hopefully i will get a clutch. So when i do, i will post some new dyno numbers.
And as for that turbodiscounters crap, i mean turbo kit.... Would you rather have a "Custom Turbo Kit" with an intercooler, or would you want a "Discounted, Thrift Store Turbo Kit" without an intercooler (unless you pay more to upgrade)???
I would rather have the custom kit.

Im sorry, but you must remove all of the grill. You guys will see it when i post. You have to remove most of the "Black Part" of the bumper. There is about 1 inch left of the "Black Part". CDMX, i want to do the same thing. there is still enough left to where you can put the black mesh in. I was going to do that this weekend, but my parents are taking me out for the entire weekend to celebrate my B-Day (tomorrow). So i will do that later.
