When am I going to get my parts, and what is my tracking #? Christ I spent over $1400 and I get no updates or just plain lied to......I've been patient and fair, now I want the truth.

Rep Power: 608 same here.......we were guaranteed our kits b4 xmas......then the shop got broken into, then our turbos didn't come in. We were told that the kits were all done except for the turbos, so they came in on xmas eve and then all of the sudden they are waiting on the powdercoater. Well, wtf.......i thought i kits were done? Then for the past month i have been told that it is almost done and it should get shipped next wk......i heard this every week.
Then i was told that it would be shipped by last wednesday and i would get a tracking number. On friday i still did not have a tracking number so i called stafford and he said that it was shipped and that mike would get me a tracking number. Monday night i finally get a tracking number and i check it this morning and it says that UPS recieved the billing information but not the package yet. So, therefore my kit did not get sent out and Stafford lied to me on the phone. This is why i am pissed as other ppl are. I gave you $3,400.....don't lie to me.
This is what it says on the UPS site when i entered my tracking #

Rep Power: 344 it means that the label has been processed just hasn't been picked up by the driver. Meaning your stuff should be goin out today, or very soon. I know this cause i work in a shipping department

Rep Power: 0 well guys, i got my kit around 6 this evening. everything looks good except for the fact that i didnt get the flange that has the little tube that you connect the oil return line to the turbo(not the oilpan flange, but the on the comes off of the turbo)..... dont know why i didnt get it...... catalyst? i am going to contact SF about that cause i dont want to wait for that to put on my kit...... other than that, everything looks good...... i will let you guys know when it is installed.......will have it done by this weekend only because i am at school
