Is this a transponder key(key with a chip)?
I'm only assuming it's a chip key but maybe it's not in which case it's $10-20 to duplicate. 2005 civic LX sedan?

We've told you multiple times that you need a chip key....
Don't want to let go of the money for a chip key. I went to Lowes where someone on a forum said it cost $30+ for a clone but when I stopped off at Lowes they didn't have the key making machine for that kind of key or anything.Minute Express or something. Right now I'm trying to get one made from Car Key Express. Take a picture of your original then they cut it and send you a disposable programmer to program yourself with instructions.
When I chatted with the people at cars keys express they said that they couldn't send me a programmer for that year, make or model car.$76 it would've been.So I'm still shopping.
