2005 Honda Civic lost keys second time I have when anything ignition before on different cars is there anyway to get this car started without a key

No. The key disables the immobilizer, and there’s no way to start the car without connecting to it.

Take it to a locksmith and prove ownership. It won’t be outrageously expensive.
