I am contacting to ask permission to post a thread on your site. I am with a company called Faxon Auto Literature. We are the largest automotive literature company in the world and we think our manuals will be of help to some of your members working on diy projects. We are a family owned business and although we have been around for over 35 years there are still quite a few people that have not heard of us, especially with the new generation of mechanics coming up. We thank you for your time and look forward to hearing from you!

Hey sdaidoji... got a question about the R18 for you.

I notice the exhaust manifolds on the 8/9/10 gens don't have headers or even a log manifold... it's just a squarish elbow with a sensor boss threaded into it. Is this because the primary length of the exhaust is now in the head itself? If so, then this is pretty much the end of N/A performance on non-DOHC Honda heads, unless you turbocharge it, as it then seems perfect for it.
