Key stuck in Ignition
I own a 2005 honda civic ex coupe with 185K miles (Engine and tranny are both 60K). My key is stuck in between 1 and 0. I hear the click that unlocks the shifter, I'm able to drive it in all gears fine, but the key won't come out. I've tried unplugging the ignition, unhooking the battery, WD40, jiggling the steering wheel, and making sure it is 100% in park. Please someone help throw some ideas out there. I don't want my car stolen as I don't live in the best part of town.

Re: Key stuck in Ignition
Potentially the pins are jammed in the lock cylinder.
if you remove the column trim and look at the cylinder you should see a spot where you can stick a pin in and with the key rotated to on the lock cylinder should slide out

Re: Key stuck in Ignition
Found this video (didn't watch it) should be helpful. basically pull the covers off the steering wheel (4 screws) looking at the ignition cylinder you should see a little hole to stick a paper clip, pin, etc in.
Key needs to be in the on position in order for the cylinder to come out.
