Metal to Metal noise under front of car

Ok so I have a 05 Coupe Manual transmission I got it 6 months ago and inadvertently ran into a clay mound on a jobsite I was on..... ultimately found that one of my lower control arm bushings was completely destroyed so I went ahead and replaced both lower control arms. The entire units and I also replaced the upper or lower ball joints. And in about the same time I noticed that two of my engine mounts were destroyed so I went ahead and replaced. All four are all three engine and the one transmission mount. However, you want to say it so everything up front that I thought could be the problem with the metal on metal sound is still there. Like if I hit a bump it feels like something bottoms out. People keep telling me it could be your subframe bushings but I've googled and I've looked on YouTube. No one anywhere has anything to say nor post any videos or anything about the subframe bushings are on these cars. So what's everyone's in sight? Like I said I replaced the lower control arms, the lower ball joints and all the engine mounts. I haven't changed any of the suspension. It's all stock. I did get different tires and rims for the car and I know that has a little bit to do with the ride roughness or whatnot but I had this noise before I put the rims on so and no it's not a noise when I stop or when I take off. It's a noise just when I hit a bump or rough road type thing. Let me know what you think. I appreciate it. Thank you

Re: Metal to Metal noise under front of car

there are so many potential causes...
It took a long time until I found my cracked control arm (difficult to see), some could be hidden like the bent control arms bolts, etc, etc.
lift, prod, inspect, disassemble. I think not even the mound you hit would know where the damage is. Much less us

Do this. Recheck your work as well, make sure you didn't leave anything loose.

Subframe doesn't have bushings. Four large bolts hold it in place. Bad struts can cause noise. Failing/bad sway bar links can cause knocking noises as well.
