Regular cruise control [solved]

Is there only adaptive cruise control or regular cruise control too in Honda civic 2018.
One more thing previously there used to be mechanical controls for everything now it is touch screen, isn't it difficult to use current method of touch screen, should Honda go back to mechanical controls.

re: Regular cruise control [solved]

If you wish to switch from the adaptive cruise to regular cruise control there is a button on the wheel. The same button that changes the adaptive cruise range, just hold it down. You must do this with the vehicle in park.

What controls are you referring to? Radio volume not having a physical **** drove me crazy in my '16. That was changed back to a **** in '19 I believe.

For example, turning a fan off and on turning AC off and on.

I hated that as well. Like getting into the car after sitting in the sun all day and trying to turn the fan speed up, but you have to sit there and wait for the radio's boot sequence before you can get to the controls. The 11th gens went back to physical controls for HVAC. I assume Honda tried the software route due to cost.
