Disabling the windows open with remote

In my Honda civic 2018, if I press open button twice, it rolls up all the windows and open the moon roof too, Is there any way to disable this feature as sometimes by accident the button is pressed twice the windows open, Sometimes when I go back to car after work, all windows are open. thanks

Re: Disabling the windows open with remote

The only reason it will do that is if you hold the unlock button down on the second press. Just don't hold it down.

There is no mention of being able to disable this feature in the owner's manual.

Thanks but it happens by itself when key is in my pocket. Now I keep my keys in my bag.

I have a 2021 Honda Civic with the same issue. Can someone please advise how I disable the windows to come down when the open button is pressed twice? Thanks in advance

Consult your owners manual, but I assume it's not possible.

Is this key a strange design or something. I've never had a key that was allegedly this troublesome.

Done that and contacted Honda with no luck. The only thing I found was this link but my Civic does not have a menu feature to shut off the windows.

Re: Disabling the windows open with remote

only way I can think of is to go into the body control module and modify the code. No way for the end-user to do it.
