how do u keep the windows from steaming up....
sorry if im in the wrong forum, i wasn't sure which it goes in, anyways...
Say you are in the car and like you dont want the windows to steam up, is there a way to do this without not being in the car. I was talking to this girl and well..... the windows steamed up and there was like moisture on the inside of the windows (note: windows are tinted if that matters). It was pretty cold outside so im guessing it is easy for the windows to steam up if it gets hotter inside the car. Is there a way to have this not happen, like pop the window open a little.
How would i get rid of all the moisture on the inside of the windows? There was like literraly beads of water on the windows, lmao. I tried a towel but it just smeared it around and it didn't work well. I put my ac on and all to clear the front windows but the sides and rear didn't work well. I made it home and i took a towel to wipe some of the moisture out but it just smeared most of it around. (not sure if this is good for my tint inside). Then i closed the door and went to sleep. I didn't go anywhere the next day until at night. When i got into my car, there was a sheet of ice, yes ice, inside of my front and rear window. I couldn't use the ice scraper cuz i got tint on part of the front window and the whole rear window is tinted. Obviously i put the heat on to melt the ice but i didn't think that was good to have happen.
What would u suggest to have this not happen next time we end up just talking....

Uhhhh if the car is off leave the windows cracked to let air in... But if the car is on put on your defrost, it should keep most of the moisture off of the inside of the window...
As they stated, turn the AC on (doesn't have to be cold, set it to any temp) and flip it to recycle. This will remove the moisture from the air in the cabin, you will still stem up the windows a bit but it should help. Also setting the airflow to the windshield vent should keep it off the windshield.

i almost posted something similar yesterday- what about when i get in my car, and i have the heat on... then after a while once it warms up inside, the inside windshield starts fogging up.... so then i turn on the front defroster (w/ the ac) and it un fogs.... so then i turn it back to the heat, and it fogs up again... its like a never ending process. what am i doing wrong
