Baller: patience. that's all I can suggest

Start with the hardest part first: the outside lights (not on the trunk). If you're feeling up to it, it would be a LOT easier if you take off the back bumper. It's the same idea as the front one: a bunch of ghey little clips, and two screws in the fender well.

Once you have those ones done, the other ones take at MOST 3 minutes (no joke).

You just have to peel back the carpet to get at the non-trunk ones, and then get under the car and reach WAY up to the bolt that holds the bottom in. That's the one bolt that causes the biggest and only headache.

Player: bitch! When I'm not at work, I'm at school, or at home studying. My physics exam is tomorrow

That's not gonna be fun! Then again, it IS just a first year course...so it shouldn't be impossible. Especially for someone who is aiming at 50% hehehehe

I just need these courses to graduate. My GPA is pretty high, so a couple of courses at a D- won't hurt me much!

It's all about aiming low!!! hehehehe You usually exceed your expectations, which always feels good

great choice, Pharoh!

lemme know when/where you're doing it.

If I have time to save money for it, we should see if we can get a 2 for 1 kinda deal

I think LilJoe really struck home when he mentioned the lower compression of the K20A3. Great point!

so, it's a lot better starting point for a turbo setup.

LilJoe: you da man!

Plus, if you don't wanna go the turbo route, you can easily modify the engine to the type-s parts, and have a better engine than the K20A2!

damnit man, you're makin me jealous

freddy: sweet! those look pimp!

everyone: all I care about is being able to beat a somewhat stock WRX. that's it.

that way I can beat this guy at work in a straight line OR in the twisty's!

mmm...twisty's.

Edit:

oh yeah, the base RSX engine (K20A3) is $4000 from Chassel (montreal). as of RIGHT NOW, they have one in stock. i forgot to ask if it came with the transmission, ecu, etc.

oh, and I guess we'd have to buy axles from an SiR as well. hrm. that's not very cheap.

some guy wants $5500 CAD for the type-s engine/tranny/axles/etc.

hrm. this is gonna require some serious researching. which is good, because I won't be able to afford the swap for a while

Just like my ex girlfriend....Everyone gets a turn...lol.

Array, where abouts in town are you?

TeK: We need to pool our energy here and do some hardcore research on this swap.

Hopefully this weekends weather turns out well...

If you're wondering....the price difference is because of location (north, east, south, west).

And yes, some are available....now!!
