Rep Power: 291 LilJoe: good point about the compression.
the tuning options are endless for the K20A's, though. I could go all motor and still make about 300 to the wheels. hrm...I'll have to check out that site!
if I get even the base RSX motor, I can buy the LSD seperately and plop it in, no worries!

Rep Power: 294 yah go for the engine swap. A turbo is nice but almost useless on our cars cuz of how weak they are. The swap would be sick too...especially if nobody knew that you done it. Pick up victims nicely.

hopefully I can afford the swap when Pharoh does his...we may be able to get some sorta deal if we go in on it together.
hrm...
Pharoh: You're planning on doing it during the winter, non?

Rep Power: 329 i say get a V8 swap, find some nice v8 engine and pop that thing into your truck, u can even keep your stock engine for the front wheels, and power your back wheels with the V8.
j/k
i say get a wsap, do some reaserch on which is a bteer engine, and which is best for turboing and get a swap, a turbo on our cars will probebly cause trouble with the weak engine.

Hope to see you guys there.
edit: Awesome! I just resized the pictures (less than 5 mb!), and I'm posting them to my web space. I'll let you all know when its done.
edit #2: Okay, I've uploaded the pictures to http://www.istop.com/~jottoson/
I resized them to 640*480. If you want the original of any of them PM me with your email address and the file name and I'll send them. Enjoy!

Rep Power: 291 Pir8Pete: man, stop rubbing it in!!!
I can't go dang!!!!!!!
I'd love to go...like I said, we should organize something like for the middle of august or something. I'm sure the TO guys would meet us halfway, or even in Kingston. The drive to Kingston is fun...somewhat scenic. and with a bunch of us, we aren't all going to get pulled over for speeding

Rep Power: 291 man, i just checked out the pics...sweet!!!
they turned out pretty well!
so guys, I got my ghetto cat-back fixed, and now it actually sounds better! not only that, but other than a foot long section that hangs about 1/4" underneath the skirt...the side skirts are now the lowest point on my car!
I'm pretty impressed with the guys at midas! the guy that did the work on my car was great! I took it to the midas on baseline, and everyone there was pretty cool. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to get some custom work done...they were pretty fast, really honest, and let me check everything out before it was finalized!!
anywho, now I just need to get off my ghetto busted struts
fek.

Rep Power: 329 heres a suggestion off of my head, lets call our selfs
DOHC
dream ottawa hull civics
or
civic boys (like biker boys) *cheesy*
and by the way, whatever our name is, we should have a slogan under it, something like *I'l see ya at the track* or something of that sort

Rep Power: 291 or "Slow down, I can't keep up" hehehehe
what about SOHC:
slow ottawa hull civics?
what if we called ourselves the "StreetZide 7's"?
it needs to be cheesy, almost like a broken translation from japanese.
Player: it took the guy two hours, and the rate was $80...but he only charged me $100! Like I said...these guys were pretty cool!

IMPORTANT
i just need to know if anyone is going, i kinda need to go, i have to make a stop along the way and drop off some Legal papers in Picton to someone before the 24 of july, so i thought i could do it the same time, and save 100 bucks instead of getting it delivered. If there's only like afew ppl going then mani has a friends place we can stay @ in scarborough over night. Freddy don't worrie it won't be ghetto like last summer, i have no idea either, man was that bad LOL
Please email me @ pringuette@hotmail.com if you can go, we'd be leaving friday some time @ the McDonal's on Marivel, not sure on exact time yet. just cuz we'd need to know who's all going and what time is best for everyone.

Rep Power: 291 you know what I just thought of?
it may be your camber? we both have the same drop I thought (1.75").
but, keep in mind that I'm a hefty fellow, so they'll sag more with me in the car
I'm gettin the seats from some guy in toronto. i found him off of ebay.
he's a middle man: the seats get shipped from california to me, he never touches them.
so, it should work out pretty good, as long as I don't get raped by duty
