Hey guys!

Pharoh: my *** is lazy indeed!

So, talk about fun! yesterday kicked so much ***!

I had two of my buddies from school come over, kurtis with the silver veloz, and of course, Pharoh

man! what a day!

I'll be writing a nice how-to on the brake swap...the brakes are awesome!!!

I tested them out again today, and holy b-jesus! they're nuts!

all I need now is some slotted rotors and some kickass pads!


funny side story...I saw a neighbour at the mall today. They said "What were you doing yesterday? I drove past your house and it looked like a pit stop!" heheheh

SO FUN! air tools are the shiznit! they probably saved us a good half an hour to an hour...easily. Especially with my friends kickass impact gun. Mine wasn't up to the task, but theirs was!

I also have to paint the front calipers though...it looks kinda odd with the rears painted and the fronts being rusty hehehe

another good news story: F U C K school!!! I dropped physics for this semester. I'm going to take it next summer instead.

seeing as I'll have to stretch school out over the next year, I might as well take it easy, and not ruin the rest of my summer!

so...more freetime = more hobby time


I should have the scooter going pretty soon, and I should be able to tune the black beast a lot more! (and maybe wash it for once) hehehe

Didn't paint it, I bought it that way. It's the RS grill (I took the RS off it). I just left it black...I had to buy the 4dr rad protector to get her to fit right too. All together about 120 bucks I think....He gave me a discount because of delays verifying the voucher I was trying to use...he he he!

crap...after driving the beast around for a bit, I can hear a knocking sound from the back left. interlesting.

not sure what it's from? I'm thinking it might be the strut, because when you swap out the springs and don't grease the top of the strut, you can hear this knocking noise.

Pharoh: we'll have to check it out sometime.


I'm gonna take some more pics and then make the how-to.

I might take the wheels off again, jack up the car, and take some underbody pics. Might make the process easier.

Well, unless there is a version of the EL that doesn't come with ABS you won't be able to find a setup that doesn't use the sensor...Although maybe it would still work if you don't hook it up..worth looking into.

LilJoe: Nothing to worry about with the ABS.

it comes with the sensor...all you have to do is remove it!

or you could string it up near the body to make it look like you have ABS?


I'm hoping that the noise in the back is the ghey scissor jack. but...it sounds mostly like its the left side.

then again, I can't hear out of my right ear currently....allergic to water in the ears, and sat night takin a shower...got water in my ear
so now the stupid thing is swollen and clogged (the canal).

anywho, like I said, hopefully it's the jack!





so what would you guys do in my situation:
I gave a guy $1700 to get me coilovers in toronto (autobas) because they had the best price at the time.

That was 3 months ago, and apparently the coilovers are still on backorder.

Since then, the guy has been shopping around (without my knowledge, I just found out) trying to find a better price so he can pocket the difference. That would be fine if $1700 is the best price I could get....but I can now get them for around $1400 CAD.

But...the guy won't give me my money back! He won't answer any emails, or any phone calls!

what would you guys do to get your money back?
