i dont think thats a good idea, he has a sedan, u have an SIR, so your car is not close to as heavy as his, so it probebly wont lower it that well, that is just what i think, i might be wrong, what do u want for those springs anyways tek?

Alright....I thought a Capacitor was to give you cleaner crisper sound/bass....The cap is charged from your battery/alt, which in turn takes the drain away from your car/lights/system therefor allowing you to enjoy your music/orgasm while not disturbing the everyday routine of your ride.

Sure over time your battery will drain ( a little faster than normal if stock ) simply because you are taking "juice from the juice jar". You are basically keeping one small battery charged with juice from another (bigger) battery. [common sense] But for the time being(even though i am missing my amp) crisp bass is filling my ride (soon).

P.S. Remember 2 - 15's need mucho juisso, With my RMD ((digital Voltage display) installed I can visually see less drain per bass hit with the cap.

Array, I could easily spill onto page here what I know to be true about this subject, but, would be more comfortable with using some of the I.C.E. experts take on it for I'm not one and then you wouldn't have to take it from me! Sound good?

player-if you have Array show you how to play with your gain because you want it harder and deeper (no pun intended), cap off the rear deck 6x9s from allowing bass to pass and Dynamat everything! I know you only have 1 800w 12, but, that is sufficent enough to do all this if you want to get into it. Would you agree, Array? If you don't do this and turn up the gain, you will be cruising ghetto fabulously in a bad way and peeps will be breaking their necks staring as it is. You will be rattling and it will sound like **** inside and outside. If you have an OEM wing, Dynamat inside the LEDs. Dynamat around the third brake light, pull out carpet, seats, door panels, rear deck lid, dash, inside trunk. This is of course if you really want to get into it. This is just my take on my vic, Did you do any of this, Array?

Yeah I agree with everything that RBABE just posted. For me the Dynamat is a work in progress (I still gotta do my rear deck) but essential if bass [not rattle] is what you are looking for.

ok, now lets spend a couple of minutes analyzing these posts.

Pir8Pete expresses interest in the springs. Then, a few posts later, player tells Pir8Pete that he shouldn't buy my springs, because his car is a lot lighter.

So after making pir8pete think he doesn't need the springs, player flips the coin and asks me how much I want for them hehehee

to either of you: depending on the condition of the springs, I'm looking to get about $100 for them. canadian, of course.

we'll see, though. I'll probably let them go for cheaper if the paint is coming off of the coils. Because my shocks were toast, I had quite a bit of coil-bind, which rubbed off the paint on the top and bottom of the coils.

anywho, when I get my coilovers we'll talk!

Freddy : Gauges, LED's...the whole package....lookin' good man, very good. I did my 3 lower buttons last night, they look cool. Now we gotta figure out how to do the 'auto' & 'mirror' & 'cruise' lights. I know we can do it!!!! I figured out a simpler way to use the resisters. Saves Time...always a good thing.

Freddy-just the reflection from the gauge lights onto the outer lips of the cluster does it for me! The whole thing gels together perfectly, I'm mesmerized!
