that's pretty cheap...but I think it's because it's the K20A3, and not the type-S.

I think I'm gonna get a type-S front clip, so that I KNOW I get everything I'll need for the swap.

so d00dz, I put in the harness last night...IT IS SWEET! you guys'll have to check it out/sit in it tomorrow night DAYUM, it's sweet!

it holds you like nobodies bidness! not only that, but you can read the car a LOT better. last night I was takin it through the twisties, and I knew exactly when the tires were going to give (and they did), and I knew exactly when the tires regained traction!

I figured why not, because the only piece that has to be taken off when I get the racing seats is the piece that has to come off of the stock seat ANYWAYS...the buckle so no worries about that!

and this is also why I got the run around with my seats: some guy in buffalo decided he didn't wanna ship the seats to canada. yet for some reason, he had no problems shipping me the brackets!

just got back from civic motors, i have new breaks in, woo hoo, it cost me around 400 ****, anyways the guy said i broke the record for the least kilometers on a set of breaks, he said some people get 80k on them, i have 25.

anywas i was talking to one of the mechanics and he said the CRV engine is very similar to the SIR engine, he didnt know it is was a k20 or not, can someone confirm this, as it would be easier to find a trached crv.

Engine work was an AEM engine-management system, a custom intake, and a Rev Hard Turbo system with 6.5 psi boost. Total cost of car after all the mods $38,322. engine= $13,472, suspension= $2000, brakes= 2600, wheels= $1600, interior= $1300. Power was 349 bhp @ 7800rpm. Torque was 239 lb-ft @ 7500rpm. 1/4 mile 14.3 secs @ 99mph.

the other post was on the block yes, but this post is about the artical on the base rsx that comes with 160HP factory same engine as mine, they got 313whp @ only 6700rpw and 218 lb-ft pounds of torqe @ only 6400rpm w/o upgrading the engine internals and there engine is running safe, and this engine can easaly rev to 8200

bullet proofing = just a pheraze they call, making stronger sleve's for the block. Now with this they can run insane amount of pressure and heat down there, and can grank the boost to get One thousand Wheel Horse Power. 1000whp

 

now get this if they can make that kind of power with just the base rsx theres this company called 'top fuel's (Japan tuner)' that has a ITR K20A engine comes factory with 220hp and LSD they pumped out 495whp to the ground

They apparently upgraded their k20a engine from 2.0 liter to 2.4 liter, plus added a turbo...and are pushing just under 500whp...

Imagine doing that in your car?
