Well, I was about to order wheels, and they said that if i get wheels specified for my civic, when it comes time to get SI axels, they wont work. I also compared specs and they are diff. SI have 5-114.3 on wheel and civic has 4-100. Or is the guy wrong??

Axles have nuthing to do with the lug pattern. The 04-current SIs have 5 lugs. You need the axles off the 02-03 SI if you plan to keep your car 4 lug.

I see in the RSX manual shop (also heard something on Hasport site) I neeed the AF sensor. But this seen to be a o2 sensor with another name. Do you know if I really have to buy it from Acura, or a Honda o2 sensor will make the same work...
EDIT: The AF sensor is a wideband o2 sensor, for a better effiency you must use it

You need to have the wideband sensor. Your car will run but will run really rich and have crappy gas mileage. The second sensor is the secondary 02 sensor, which just tells you if the primary sensor goes bad. You dont need this hooked up. You should be getting a "CEL" what code is it throwing?

As for 240 hp, i doubt it. i wanna dyno car but it feels close to 200hp. i romp rsx-s with i\h\e with ease. even stock wrx's are not a problem

So yea i wana get this right ounce and for all. the new rsx-type s engine, what engine model is it? k20a2? k20z1? And if it is not the a2, will it still fit with the hasport mounts? thanks, plz excuse the noobism.
I finnaly done the AF sensor, SHO2 sensor and C101/102 connector wiring convertion yesterday. (I'm very proud of me :P ) But I don't understand what I must do for the fan switch.
I have a FAL fan for Civic 96-00 with double core rad for the same car.
Can someone can help me please...

I did it.... I just have to plug the thermoswitch black wire on the ground and the green on the fan relay (FanControl wire, green/white one I think) at the underhood fuse box (or C101 connector). The only matter is to fit the thermoswicht somewhere, but I make a fitting for put it in the lower hose.
So I finaly make all the wiring myself... so I just have to put the engine in place, plug everything and check if everything is alright...

So... do you think it because I keep the civic master cylinder
I know the civic clutch line usually take all the engine bay and the fitting on the master cylinder is bigger than a RSX one.
Someone here had do the swap with the Civic one er everybody change for the rsx master cilynder ?

This is the one near the firewall
EDIT : The civic one work fine...just take care when you make the custom line to don't have too much loop.... you can help the system bleeding with your hand... just push a couple of time directly on the bearing release fork (slave cylinder)
