2002 honda civic lx cranks but wont start

hey guys i am new here and a bit new to the civkc family. hopecully someone can give me some sense of direction here because i am stumped at this point. heres the issue and when it started. i was replacing the rear struts on the vehicle and i had moved it that day to do the job. the car ran fine but showed signs of it taking a little longer to fire up. once i was done with the job i moved the car back to where i normally park it and came out the next day to start it and the car would just keep cranking but would not catch. did not even try. i sprayed some starter fluid in the intake hose and it wanted to start but than died immediately. i replaced the fuel pump and still nothing. i also checked the blue fuel pump relay under the glove box and changed it and still nothing. i also check ignition coil fuse and fuel fuse and all good. seems like im getting spark but i do have a lean code on bank 1. any ideas. thanks

. by the way thkse are the codes i get with possible problems

when was last time o2 sensors replaced?
Have you ever changed the CAT?

quick test - separate the header to the rest of exhaust and try starting again.
if this works, your cat is plugged

the o2 sensor has not been replaced. exaust manifold that connects with the cat has a crack in it that somebody tried to weld. i imagine though that a 02 sensor wouldnt cause a crank no start issue...the plugged cat or maybe cracked e aust would maybe?

the o2 sensors is about clearing the codes, and making sure the cat is in working order and the system too lean, not about non-start
