2005 honda civic cranks won't start
Re: 2005 honda civic cranks won't start
Fill the tank with fuel and prime the system by turning the ignition switch to II position (not engaging the starter) for at least 5 seconds. Do this a few times then try to start. Don't run the tank dry - could damage/burn out the fuel pump.
Check these fuses: #6 (15A) in the under-hood fuse/relay box and #17 (15A) in the under-dash fuse/relay box
Your fuel filter in the tank may also be clogged with debris from running dry too.

I have heard of the keys going bad because of the chip inside of it, but that wasn't my case. Anyway it has worked fine since then. I have a 2002 Civic si,
