01 Civic. No crank, can pop start.

Ran fine then all of a sudden nothing. Electrical works. No attempt to crank. Key in ignition, turned to start caused two audible clicks. Able to pop the clutch, runs fine, turns off with key. Fuses are fine. I want to try hitting it to see if it's sticking or bridging the connection. Unsure about starter relay. Any other advice would be great

Check and see if the pad for the clutch switch fell off.
Starter is probably junk, can check to see if you're getting power at the connections

Re: 01 Civic. No crank, can pop start.
Clutch interlock switch (bumper on pedal arm), steering switch, starter itself.
Agree, check the interlock switch and bumper first.
Next get access to starter by removing some intake stuff and be absolutely sure car is in neutral
Run a jumper wire from 12v to the starter harness connector (unplug starter from harness), if the engine starts to spin issue is likely in the steering switch itself if it doesn’t check power to starter before replacing it.
