Hello all. I have an 08 Civic, and am having a strange issue with the driver's door lock. The driver's door lock will ONLY lock if I manually flip the lever. Power locks and remote will not lock the door. All other doors are fine. When the door is locked, the power door lock will unlock with both remote and power lock button.
I was told to replace the actuator; I did, and nothing changed!!! Any help / advice would be awesome!

How would i do that? When I push the power lock button on the remote I can barely hear something by the actuator - but nothing happens on the driver's door

during the replacement, did you check the wiring/connectors?

I did. What's also strange is if i manually lock the driver door from the inside, it activates the power lock system and locks all the other doors! I guess this is supposed to happen? Sorry - this is my first Honda, so not sure what's "normal" and what's not.

With a multimeter, if you hear the actuator trying then it could be bad out of the box. Or it has a bad power/ground
