So ditch the cat..
I was thinking I'd go with a MagnaFlow High-Flow Catalytic Converter.

What header are you running? You will gain more tq with a nice 4-2-1 design like a DC race header or HP race header. Downside is you will never pass emissions inspection but you won't now anyway with EMS. I have no experience with magna flow but it should be better than stock.

I run a 3" Magnaflow cat on my boosted setup and have no flow issues. Good piece of kit and they're only $70.
