I have a 2011 Civic EX. 1.8. Non-VTEC. The CEL light is on and it has code P0522 for low oil pressure signal. It is in limp mode and sputters above 3,500 rpm.

I have replaced the oil pressure sensor on the front of the engine block. It made no difference. I have tested the sensor and there is continuity. I have 12 volts at the wire to the sensor. I have also put a remote oil pressure gauge on it and it has about 90 psi of oil pressure.

Every time I clear the code is comes right back on whether I have started the car or not.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. This is actually my daughter’s car. I am new to this forum and would like to say thanks in advance.
