The vibration is noticeable at idle and make the car shake. Increase the rpms and the vibration goes away , even while stationary.. Accompaning this vibration is a roaring sound , pretty much like a blown muffler. Once cruising there isn't an issue but once slowed to nearing a stop the vibration and sound reoccurs. Car has 104k miles.
Any ideas?

I changed out all three motor mounts with oems from the dealer and the vibrations are all gone now!
Issue solved!
For the 2013 4 dr Automatic Civic here are the part numbers
Transmission mount.......50850-TR6-A71
Torque rod......................50890-TR0-A81
Front ( passenger side)..50820-TR0-A71
My research on the internet suggested an order for installing
and tightening the mounts. First being the front then transmission and lastly
the torque ord.
Total for all parts at retail ( parts dept. at your local dealer) is a tad over $800.
Online dealer discount was a tad under $600.
FYI, my son has a 2010 and there 4 mounts in total vs the 2013 which has 3 mounts.
The additional torque rod ( passenger side) on the 2010 seem to help with the "wear" of these mounts as the 2010
has135K miles and no issues so far , whereas the 2013 has 104 k miles and all three mounts needed to be changed.
