p0135
p0135
hi
need help solving p0135 already installed denso brand new primary 02 sensor bought from a walk in store
but the code came back in few seconds checked 12 volts with key on as suggested on utube video and that
was good
but the remaining three wires i could not find any answers
what will really help is the colours of all four wires that are on the harness side of the o2 primary senser
that connect to the o2 sensor
there is 12volts with key on on black/yellow wire
then black/white suppose to be a heater ground only to be turned on when ECM wants
and even clearing the code i had no chance to test
there is two more wires i belive its signal wires i have no clue what colour they suppose to be bcz some one has patches and taped sections
so if some one has oem wire colours and location/pin# for all four so i can confirm their appropriate postions and check continuity and any other way to test signal wires
all that help b gr8 thanks

Re: p0135
First thing you'll wanna do it check the fuses as well if you haven't. If you don't see any damaged wires, chances are that it's fine.
I'd be surprised if you're throwing faults immediately. Usually it takes at least some driving to come back after you clear the codes. Might detail a deeper issue than wiring or sensor.

hi FRSam
correct
yes first thing i cannot locate the black/white ecm ground 02 senser wire that suppose to be on A 31 connecter puin# 1
is this connector/ plug on the ecm or aside from ecm
also i wonder where does this black /white wire start till it connects the other end to the up stream primary 02 senser
i would like to test continuity END TO END to determine if the wire is bad or ?
as far as i can tell guessing
the ECM ground may be defective or broken ?
all guesses
but i did check the positive 12volts with key on and thats good.
so on to the search for ecm GRND
thanks for your support
many thanks
if you have any solutions or advice , i am open
a brand new denso 234-4122 02 senser was put in by my regular shop last month in april
this senser reads 3.8 ohms disconected
thanks
