Oxygen Sensor 1999 Honda Civic DX

Hey Guys.
So I just bought a 2nd hand civic, works great and all but I have a CEL for 02 sensor(seems common). I know I need to replace the bottom 02 sensor on the engine. Dealer quoted me for a price of $270 just for the part. The cheapest I can find on internet for the genuine 36532-P2E-A51 is around $210-$300 with shipping taxes etc.
My questions is what is the best cross reference oxygen sensor to get? I did a search and came up with these possibilities.
Just want to double check what would be the best insteam of OEM, denso, bosch or ntk. Thanks

What is the fault code number?
Which sensor did you intend to look up?
According to my catalog lookup, your Honda part number listed appears to be for the secondary sensor, not the primary.

Make sure that's all straight before continuing!

---------------

Using the same brand the factory installed is always my first choice.
IF your sensor is original, pull it out and find the brand name stamped into it (you may need to use a wire brush to clean it up and make it readable).
The original was made by Denso or NGK/NTK.
If you can't figure that out (sensor not original) then a genuine Honda part will net you the original brand.

You can look up your application and sensor on the manufacturers websites too, double check your cross reference charts aren't mistaken

The other brands are not choices IMHO.

Fault code P0138
The sensor is #9 of the diagram they told me at the dealership or for reference purposes same as in this diagram number 9.

I know that a genuine Honda sensor would be the best but I don't have the money to shell out $200-$300 on it.
My car has a top o2 sensor(#8 in pic) that has white plastic around all the wires
Bottom 02 sensor(#9 in pic) has blue plastic around all the wires. I don't know if just by the coloring if people know what brands they would be.
I don't have an 02 socket but getting one today/tomorrow and I will check to see if I can read the brand name stamped to it when I pull them out.

IF I am unable to read the brand name stamped to it, what one should I replace it with, NTK/NGK or Denso? Too poor to put a genuine one on her.

I don't know that color of the wrap has meaning other than for original parts and to make it easier to get them installed in the right place on the production line LOL.

Use a wire wheel, you'll be able to read it if it's there.
If you pick the right brand and part numbers it will be the same as what the factory installed and what Honda will sell you.
Honda doesn't make their own sensors, they buy them from those two companies.

I'd wild guess it's a Denso but I have no way of knowing for sure.

Here's a pair of sensors I removed from a Hybrid. One has been cleaned with a wire wheel and you can read the name easily, the other is still covered in crap.
Yours may or may not be the same brand....and IDK if the Denso brand stamp is in the same location--it may be on the upper tin covering

I always have used Denso or Bosch O2 sensors, mostly Bosch. never had any problems with them and i never ended up buying another set unless they phyically broke. My AEM wideband uses Bosch LSU 4.9 O2 sensor which i replaced my stock narrow band with
