Replacing Secondary O2 sensor for second time in 2 years

Hi Everyone,

I got a check engine light and the code is to replace Secondary O2 sensor. I replaced it once already a couple years ago. Is there anything else that could be wrong that would cause the sensor to fail so quickly?

Thanks for your help.

It's code 63.

Not too much driving. Only in the city. About a 20 minute drive to work.

It does burn a little oil.

NGK sensor.

any auto parts store will read for free.
what year? 2004-2005 have the wideband O2 sensor and much more expensive

PS: burning oil is the most common cause of O2 sensor/cat going fast - ask me why i know
