OK-enough of that. Everything looks like it is coming along very nicely. When I find out if I am coming to this meet from Frederick or Towson, I'll let you guys know. If I am coming from Towson, I can meet up ealry and help out with anything that we might need to do before, if you want. We will figure this all out when it gets a little bit closer!

I'll be sure to make it on the 20th, any music requests let me know, I'm a DJ in Baltimore and DC, but hope someone has a sound system, mine won't be started until Fall.

Hey, we've got a DJ in the house! Sounds tight, playa! If you can bring some nice party tunes, that'd be PERFECT!

I guess some people must like the T-shirt idea. I figure it's the simplest way that's not TOO corny (alot better than the "Hi, My Name Is VIZYUN" stickers). And I'm serious about the prizes for best shirt. We'll all do a vote on it or something at the meet, and give away some best buy gift cards or sumpin. I figure everyone has a best buy near them.

New person added to the meet list: CivicRacer2001 PMed me about directions from Philly. If anyone's in the area near him, maybe you can give him better directions than I could. I just took him from '95.

Hey if you could do that, it would be great. Being a DJ, I'm sure you have an A$$load of mix CD's of all types of music, and we could make sure that you're the only one who touches them. That way, you're the only one there with CD's, so you're the only one playing them, so you're the only one TOUCHING them. PERIOD. That would take care of other people being liable for scratching your sh%t. Thanks!

Hey guys Well i will be there. I'm coming from Virginia Beach. So if you guys would like for me to come then let me know. I can try to bring a few other cars and friends. Thats if yall would want me to come. For the baseball field I could bring the bat and i got a golve so if u guys do want to play some ball then everyone bring their glove. Oh yeah for all the pimps out there. If you guys can bring some girls thats more than one for all of us single guys then that would be great. Simply what part of jersey I use to live in philly. BUt I would love to come. But a quick question are we jsut meeting up for one day or are we going to meet up for two. Because I'm going to be driving like 6 to 7 hour to get there i think. Unless some cute single girl wants to put me up in her house for the night. Steph is single!!! hehe. It will only be for one day, but maybe someone can put u up for the night or something. I think that in order to do this right we need to assign what people bring for food or else we might end up getting nothing. Everytime I have been to a picnic where everyone brought something we ended up with alot of plates, soda, and chips and thats it. I hate to sound like a dictator or something, but I feel the best way to get things done the right way we have to plan this right. I will handle the emailing and organizing the people part and it looks like Vizyun has the park thing all locked down. Lookin good people, but we still have 2 months to go so people might come and leave. Good job all!! Thanks steph and will!!!

the complete list of emails and screen names are on page 8. I even added Acekickers email. There are some people without email so u can PM them. The reason I like email is that some people don't realize that there is such a thing as a private message, espcially if they are new to the boards. Most of the people on the list said they were going or most likely going. Some tho, are in the area and may not have seen this thread yet. I petitioned AEMCivic to put our thread in the General Ramblings forum with the lowdown on the meet with the rest of the meets going on this summer! I will definitely handle the organizing of food and making sure I know who is coming for sure. Steph, I don't know what you want to do by PMing everyone, but you can if you want, or you can find new people to come, I would suggest the latter since everyone loves u!! We still have two months to go. I think people will know better if they can come or not sometime in June.

We should be sending out directions from various locations in the next month or so. We just need to get an idea of how everyone is coming. Chances are that everyone will have to get on the 695 beltway somehow (except me and Robb, since we're so close), so that may help you a little as far as how far away you are. Klassy1 has already started a list of what everyone needs to bring. We've got it ALL covered, from the meats to the side items to the buns to the beverages. Just be ready when she throws it up here.
