allright guys, i'm almost finished with the beta version of this website for the meet. make sure you bookmark the main page once I get it published.
and a question for the people in charge: are we keeping track of how many guests each person plans on bringing? we really should track those numbers too. i could have the list of people coming set up like this:
Name / location / # of extra guests.
this way we can know for sure we're providing the right amount of food and drinks.. and whatever else we may need.
Something else we need to determine for sure.. how will we identify ourselves? how cheap (as in not expensive) would it be for someone to get plain white nametag stickers?

OK--we have not been keeping track of how many guests people are bringing. Common sense, I think...if you bring more people, you have to bring more food or whatever Klassy1 has assigned you to bring. How about we keep it like that? Just an idea....
2--Vizyun had the idea that we should make a t-shirt with our name from the board on it. I think some people are doing this...not sure. I am also gonna make signs that we can put on top of our cars so that people can tell the cars apart. I'll be in charge of that. So make sure that Robbclark1 has your name on the list so no one gets left out!
And I am still working on updating the first post of this thread. I will do that tonight actually. Thanks for all the help Mex!

hey guys. I have been keeping a list of who is coming. I don't care how many guests people bring, it isn't a big deal. This is an informal meet, not a wedding or black tie event. Everyone who brings food will eat all others can just chill. I personally don't care for Vizyun's idea for a t-shirt, i am just going to invest in some name tags for myself and anyone who wants them, even tho they are cheesy.
Steph make/get some name tags for the cars like they have at the car shows (just a piece of paper) that you can stick on your dash. You can write the make, model and mods to your car. Email or IM me a copy!! Thanks Steph
Also anyone bringing food that needs to be cooked, i suggest pre-cooking meat it till it is almost done. We have limited grill space so if the food is almost cooked we can throw it on the grill to heat it up and finish the cooking in a few minutes. That way we dont' have to wait till 4 to eat and that most of the food will be done quicker. Thanks for all your help mexieus, talk to me if you need anything.

OK--I just updated the first post for this thread. So if you need to know anything, just look there. Soon enough we will have our very own web page, thanks to Mexieus. So, we should be set for now.
Rob--That's a better idea....I'll work on making a piece of paper just like that. Gotta put my graphic design stuff..aka "the turbo project"... to the test here....if I find some free time!
You should all be excited, the meet is coming quickly (after like 3 months of planning!)

I just had an idea! If it goes well this year, maybe we can do it again next year, and the year after, and so on. My idea was that if we do do it again, we should have it in a different state every year untill weve had it in all the states in the Mid-Atlantic Forum. Maybe next year we could have it in New York, and then in DC, and then Virginia, and then New Jersey, and then Pennsylvania, and then Deleware, or something like that. Just an idea.
awww *****...my cars in the pic- guess i cant be lazy and go out there and put the rims back on lol
Websites lookin phat! Only got a little bit of time left now
lol...and im laughing at the guy in that West thread that said his 7G runs 13's and beats GT mustangs

that looks to me like Red2k1ex's Coupe (Red2k1ex's member's rides page)
probably not. Who knows with Dynamic it took them 3 or so months to put a turbo in another friends Prelude.
Central PA even philly ppl, lets get something together for a caravan down...time is becoming short.
