my very first accident...
i knew sooner or later that it would happen.... i was traveling up this street at 50 maybe 60 mph when my friend tried to make a lane change into my lane... he saw my car at the last minute and pulled back... but it was too late.. i countersteered thinking he was going to hit me and i hydroplaned on a puddle of water into the curb...no body damage other than my new bumper getting shattered to peices... my axle seems like it's cracked, and my right front wheel is twisted.... everyone was okay.. i took pictures just in case the insurance company asked for any... but yea.. it sucks..
btw.. pics will be up as soon as i develop and scan them...

I'd say likewise. Threaten to kill his dog or something if he doesn't. Or his sister.
see if your friend will go halvesies. In all actuallity it isn't his fault becuase according to the law and insurance companies you are at fualt for not hitting the brakes. Anything behind the door is the person in backs fault becuase you should have enough time to stop, unless proven otherwise. But good luck proving otherwise. And if you can prove otherwise, get his insurance to pay for it. Next time gun it and hit him in front of the door.
All this fault stuff sucks... I know my accident was not my fault because some one turned into me. Here in NY we have that No FAULT crap so i'm confused.
I FEEL YOUR PAIN My rims got messed up and so did mt body kit... hopefully insurance will pay for it.

Insurance is crap. Im getting the run around because someone supposedly cut the person off that hit me so they are trying to say its not her fault but its the person or supposedly cut her off (and didnt stop once the accident occured) so I ahve to pay my deductible until they figure out if the person who cut her off hit her or just cut her off.
The aftermath of an accident is worse than the accident itself.
