I don't know why we can't use a ex computer. I know about the vtec issue. I actually called and talked to a honda (certified technician) and he said he really didn't know if we could use it or not but he says he doesn't recommend it. Because if you look at the wiring chart. everything is the same except for like two things.

Rep Power: 0 my LX hit 127 a month ago or so, i was in a pissed mood and just floored it and slammed it into 5th...it actually pulled quite nicely for 6psi, and i think could have kept going, this was also on a completely straight/flat road though

132 is that fastest I have ever been doing in my vic. I have an EX 2k2 and there is no way it can go any faster, so I don't know how y'all are getting yours up to like 150 and stuff like that all I can say is y'all are a bunch of liars

i got a 2004 coupe ex and auto in im doin 60 near a school and i slammed the gas and i was doin 70 near a retirment home on 2nd but before i hit red line i felt a sort of vibration then it went to third and i was doin 90 and passed near home depot kept on goin and hit 105 passin Pueaka Golf Course then shifted to 4th and evrything started goin ok not as fast but ok hit 117mph and i hit a dead end near a cops house 
luckly he was on duty somewhere far away.. im 15 got a permit no licence and that was yesterday 10/20/04 i had fun ... well i may do it again.. IF u from Kauai u know the middle school right Chefiess Kamakahelei then Pueaka Regency for the retired the Home Depot(brand new) and Pueaka Golf Course.... im James C. i go to Kauai High in the 10th grade and may be somebody in Kauai knows me or even goes on this site
