I repped him back. I used to put them on peoples windshields filled out. I never actually handed one to a person though. You should see the look on their face when the see it. Most excellent....

lol i printed out some of the rice citations too, filled it out, n put it on this saturn with a huge bench wing n a vinyl that said saturn down the side, it made me feel good on the inside like i was helping to rid the world of ugly wanna be cars
